I'm also still holding, checking in once in a while, have registered with Sharesoc. Hoping something better comes forward, if not I'll have to accept 5.5p through gritted teeth.
Thanks Groover... You too!
Do you want to know the funny thing? I sold down the meager ISA and wife's holdings, but for mine I couldn't do it! For the very same reasons as everyone else....
If it’s only going to cost you time then it may be worth
Waiting to see if another offer is in the offing?
I think everyone’s the same, it’s like a mother elephant
Standing over it’s dead baby - only maybe it’s not actually
dead ??
It's a tough one for sure, I've spent the last few days lining up what I consider to be decent investments but find my self hovering over the button, then I spend another few hours reading everything I can find re Sirius and on it goes...
Skater - I’m out ,but thinking of putting half back in for
the same Reason...
Hmmmm, I have sold a fifth of my position so far and am tempted to sell the lot and move on in my life but the what if is nagging at me constantly, I am sat on a huge loss and I feel I should cut and run and get the meager pickings working for me elsewhere
WTFTD
Good luck to you animal
I've just done the exact same thing - I don't feel that another offer is going to come, and whilst i have been invested in this for years and want to support, it's time to crystallise losses and re-evaluate. If the AA bid doesn't happen, then at least we'll have a potential of picking up what we have lost at a fraction.
I've sold out and good luck to you all.
Feel deal will not go through next week which will see a big drop and my heart was no longer in it. Feel betrayed by BOD but only took a £1030 hit all told. Lot less than many here.
I will use it to put back into rare earth shares where I saw a 186% increase a few months after just 3 months. Back down again so able to buy more before the next spike -
All the best
