But please If you would, no tea breaks!:)lol As far as SWC I've done very little reading but if shares are to be issued, typically a drop in sp is to be expected. Who knows as I do not the circumstances..? It's the start of a new week and good luck everyone! SWC needs to give us some lovin! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxA3atHD2QM
Not sure if it is due for a bounce or not, I think a few eyes will be on this share tomorrow though. Thursday is when the new shares are issued. Could get an update from the company explaining the change of strategy name change etc. Next 4 days could be interesting. I got no idea which way it will go and I wonder if anyone else has. We need more information.....
where do people see this heading back tommorow, are we due a quick bounce up in the sp?

New Start Up company Charles Street Capital plc is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). About 5 years ago many companies on aim were just cash shells and were threatened with their listing and it became quite popular to keep their listing and arrange for reverse takeovers to avoid the chop. Basically that meant they bought in to a company by aquisition but in fact they were buying you. Cash can be brought in by those who join it can save a lot of money and it’s easy to bring in a group of ready assembled investors and as there is an existing quote so basically it’s like a ready-made meal or a purpose built vehicle to seek out investment opportunities. Those looking for the quote are mostly entrepreneur types who are can strike up a quick deal, usually the man at the helm is from a financial background or like a wheeler dealer type trader but they can be from the commercial world to. The owners can buy these spacs or initiate them for around £500,000 or there abouts and inject them with further cash in the hope that they can also tap the capital markets then issue shares/warrents for there start up which is usually also prepared. They usually trade on a discount but can often trade at huge premiums due to the tightly held nature of the start up. TRIC being the most successful one to date.
dross?
You blame me..?:)lol Aaahhh.... As I said to Zara yesterday to be careful and SWC is gamble. Put aside what it has to offer or not, this is a share capable of moving easily and very quickly in either direction. We'll see on Monday on how the market reacts... If they do not take it kindly, this share will tank so very fast. But if the the reaction is positive, a few of here stand to do rather well with our buys on Friday. Who Knows? I thought it was worth the risk. I initially bought SWC on the sharp drop and what it had done the previous week, not on substance but just hoping for a bounce. Shares such as SWC - small market cap, few shares on offer etc... I trade on its' volatility/swings and normally hold the position no longer than 15-20 minutes and make no secret of it. With that said and the recent rns's, makes things a bit more interesting. It's all a risk. In the very near future... I'll be living in the STATES.:) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLkmbLoaORU Got to go and make dinner now! GLA
I blame you its all your fault. This is a shell company which has just published its audited accounts and was re-admited to aim. It has transformed it self into a tric like company and could really fly. It has just raised a bit of cash and has been restructured. Its got some clever people with big plans to take this company forward. Taking companies over and reviving them is a very popular process which is often used to tap the capital markets. Its quite common and companies like this can have huge growth potential. First a small word of warning to anyone thinking of investing, particularly with the election senario and the greek problems still unresolved however given time just keep your eye on this company. I am not recommending it to be bought early on Monday however it can have a bounce. There are new shares being bought by management it could be good to get in on something at a early stage.. The company has agreed a debt for equity swap with its unsecured creditors and now plans to become an investment company, investing in natural resources, minerals, metals and oil and gas companies. Basically this could be the latest multibagger. DYOR and get in early..... We all know what happened to wpp
....so much activity. And not really any incisive opinions here. Can anyone summise what is really happening with SWC. Dont want to sound ungrateful, but 4p is not gonna really WOW a lot of ppl that suffered on this one.
How's it going fella? What's up/happening with this share. I noticed there were a few rns's released but have yet to really take the time to read them and do the research. Hence, I have to have my house ready for the estate agents Monday... Any of your thoughts are welcome! In Advance... Thanks!

So you have been reading my posts? I would have started charging if I knew. Tried to tell a few people on pyc when they went from .75 then it went over 1.3 I was screaming for many posters to sell. I went blue in the face doing so. They kept buying and it was like a stamped. Nothing wrong with those you just got to know when to get out. Hopefully before it reaches the bottom. Anyway good luck soulofwigan, better not clog up this board otherwise no one can read the research. Let me know when you have worked out what this company does....hp
I'm still learning mate .. lost a fortune on PYC .. bought it all the way to the top including 2 very large buys at 1.50 ish then I didn't sell any till recently.. so average was 0.94 and sold most for 0.25 .. out of that nightmare now .. so I'm looking to virtually start again.. but I have now learned to sell too lol... good luck to you .. i always read most of your posts.
Well some people such as your self are very comforatable with very speculative companies and you do not mind what a company is called or how many times it has re-incarnated or what business its in as long as it makes you money you don't give a dam, your quick at getting information and doing research and being a wigan fan very quick on the ball, I would expect nothing else.....hp
arrr but does rockhopper ;-)
Yes but why does it not have oil and gas at the end of their name?
