99.9% down on this share. they've done bugger all any way
Weird setup.
Are STA just going to try and push through this each month til June or have Beijing Sibo (16.22%), LandOcean Energy Services (11.53%) or Sramek Biodynamics promised to give their votes? Answers on a postcard please LOL
Said at the time that it would be questionable for the 3 above just to let this one go, when its only listed on one market ie AIM.
Got a laugh you really do..or cry
"99.9% down on this share. they've done bugger all any way"
Many here agree with your. Shambles.
The very definition of madness, trying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
We can only guess why they want to change the auditor, is it perhaps as they can't sign of what isn't there?
We shouldn't really be suprised as on the RNS release from 19/12/2002, it stated.
"The Company will seek another vote of shareholders in early 2023 to seek to have the necessary resolutions passed."
I'll be a bit pi***** off, if all this has been a ruse to drive the share down to 0.35-0.40 via a suspension, then to come out of suspension on a major rise. Might be interesting to see who was buying just before/after suspension news.
Wouldn't put it past them.
"held at Level 1, 181 Bay Street, Brighton, Melbourne, Victoria Australia 3186 at 16:00 (AEDT) on Tuesday, 31 January 2023"
Since Melbourne is 12hrs adead of GMT, I think we can presume that the resolutions still didn't pass, as am sure if they
did, we would have seen a "gloating" RNS by now.
Would you Adam and Eve it!
Do Star Phoenix read this board. If so, pull you %%%ingers out and if you don't have anything substanial to give the market, do one.
LOL
Oh you assumed wrong .
Oh I think not, how much have you lost on this? £55k rings a bell.
Btw are the NWO really trying to get rid of pets? My guess would be they are more interested in fleecing Welsh pensioners.
