As any got a date for aex taz gov meetng
Aex went to 1.59 in October as Solo went to 2.47
Aex down 53% Solo now down 60% so suspension never did any favours in the long run.
CP couldn't agree more.
Makes you think why ritson valued solo at 100m and jay b valued aex at 400m
Well that's one hell of a manufactured drop, suggesting that they had built in 60%of the OneDyas deal before it was even ever announced.
$20 million asset on the books
$600,000 owed in back gas payments for which Aminex are meeting the gov soon and seem positive on the results and solo still own 8.4% of the Kili licence + 13% Helium-1
Mcap £6 mill.
Aim Bull!
But strangely my portfolio is down £7k on this share alone. Not a good day - although I suspect we all knew it was coming.
Just hope the board have another iron in the fire and they get something sorted soon - otherwise they might start to make Ritson look good - AND THAT TAKES SOME DOING.
GLA LTH
"no one has lost a penny "
How much was spent on due diligence, fees & salaries for the aborted One Dyas deal?
"you only lose when you sell"
Hmmm yes and no trrime. The decision to "sell" may well get took out of your own hands, quite legally as well. Then you would be knackered.
Agreed trimme!
trrime I thought that 15% ago oh well it only pride and money LOL !!!
Seems to still be a fair amount of Northsea M&A activity, one companies move from an asset due to it's size and decline can fit another smaller companies short to medium term objectives, price and forecast revenue and opex.
The only gas assets that will be available are bad assets, imo.
All the good ones that are still profitable won't be for sale. The owners of all the rubbish ones will just mothball and wait for the gas price to increase rather than sell them at a knock down price. Unless they can find a gullible buyer..
Back to 1.25p or totally bust. Think I bought my first shares in this in 2011 at 1.97 before stupid numerous placements and consolidations. I think that works out at over 97% down in that period whilst nearly all the time several people on here were stating what a good but this is. I have said a number of time ' Just when you think things can't get any worse with Solo they just do'. If you think that Solo can't get any lower than this you could be very much mistaken.
It's all about the price you pay for the asset Page. If they could have secured the OneDyas deal for the right price they would have surely closed the deal. The 2 year forecast for Euro gas is looking very weak, so anyone selling has to expect a low deal price if they need to sell now.
They say the fall in gas prices make this deal not viable, but yet say they still want to do a gas deal in Europe . Yeah right. Imagine if they had done the deal with OneDyas and then the gas price fell to where it is now. We'd have been left with an uneconomic asset losing money.
This is going down big.
