So topped up 200,000 in the ISA and 100,000 in my stocks and shares account.
Makes the day a bit more interesting. GLA LTH
I feel people will regret selling at these prices as we have been here before; this is a time to buy if you have spare money to invest.
£7 mill mcap with one asset worth at least £15 mill.
Been here before trrime!
If there is still a high risk of losing all, nothing is cheap.
Once the initial hoo hah has settled if the price is right ( below my average ) I will top up.
The BoD have done exactly the right thing here. We will not overpay, the idea is to add value. We are also talking to "several" vendors, so expect another opportunity to follow soon
you either believe in the board and buy on the cheap or don`t and sell
Just shows you what a waste of time this Chat room is. Experts everyday spouting absolute drivel whilst being taken to the cleaners by a Board simply lining their pockets with shareholder cash.
Heads need to roll over this and that goes right to the top
only 1k tho
not selling just bought some more not worth selling FFS !!!
If I had cash, I'd buy at 1.2p quote
Next stop is the meeting in Tanznia, that money owed for gas supplied would come in handy.
PSA Review and Licence Extension
"Recent media reports, reporting Government sources, give positive indications that the review of PSAs is near completion and that all international oil companies will be duly notified of the outcome shortly."
Kiliwani Gas Receivables
"A meeting has been scheduled and we hope to be in a position to update shareholders soon."
I hope they are meeting about more than just Kiliwani if indeed they will already have the PSA in hand?
Can't get a sell quote anyway
not worth selling anyway !!!
40% spread might be taking the p1ss
!!!!!
sums it up One D whould not budge, so we are talking to others. Bottom line in this environment there are better deals to be had
A huge shame to waste all that time and energy on the wrong deal, can't help but feel disappointed.
But if it wasn't the right deal then it is what it is. But they seriously need to start working on other things ASAP
The boards strategy seems to be get out of Tanzanier as soon as possible as a complete waste of time. On the bright side any gas assets up for sale should be a lot cheaper.
They’ve done the right thing, whose gonna over pay by nearly double,no one good call now we move on.
Relisting as SOLO not ‘Scirocco’ ?! The bod need to get busy & prove their worth !
Good morning.
Disappointing about the One Dyas deal although with European gas price haven fallen so much then not completely unexpected. All eyes on the Tanzanian assets again it would seem.
All the best.
Monday morning RNS, floating back when market is unstable what a bunch of clowns, they been taking there slice of the pie, along with the rubbish Tanzania Government this has been a total shambles from start to finish, I sort of knew this might happen and now we going to pay the price now GL
Right back to where we started, $20 mill for Ruvuma and a mill or two for Helium-1 and Kn-1 so around £15 to £18 mill.
Crash on way.
