Bevan Jones (Thebe) would be better but there would be BEE participation coming...... But that will have to happen anyway...
private 1. I hope you got plenty of bullets, there's loads of messengers to shoot yet. Save one for the postman in the morning. you were stupid enough to buy on the word of a bloke on a bulletin board without doing any research into all the scum involved with the management of the company. So now you're even stupid enough to blame somebody else for finding out facts for you. I suppose you'd rather carry on in your dream world believing that someone will come along & get you all your money back. You've done your money, it's all gone & it's nobody's fault but yours.
I would not take any notice of sustp he claims to be sympathetic with share holders then try's to find as much dirt as he can on SNRP as if we are not disappointed enough he rubs it in every time some one finds something positive, he will probably ask you to look at other shares next, leach
We still have a company just no direction of, we have rail, port and coal, all we need now is direction , an RNS on their strategy would be nice but SNRP are lacking in manners and should consider giving us a little info on their strategy for getting us listed.
The question is can anyone be trusted?
Still thinking of Mav2's 5.34 post, and realising that ''beggars can't be choosers'', do others agree that we should either make an all-out effort to get finance/people in place and run the mine properly or, alternatively, sell it and diversify (but not into another Millenium). I can't help feeling we should only concentrate on 1 project, particularly when trying to do just that has been so problematic. Talk of doing both seems fraught with problems IMHO.
Are you seriously suggesting that he didn't know what was going on? He was a consultant to Millenium & a director of SNRP.
So whilst he may have been duped, he clearly had his eyes elsewhere when he should have been DDing the transaction. Does he now have to return these shares or is he free to profit from them - if someone's intending to phone him, I think we'd like to know the answer!
Yet another alleged saviour who turns out not to be quite what he seems. I wonder if eelbuoy's phoned him

I was in communique last weekend with one of the owners of Randal Ranch outside of Tucumcari. They have all 7 wells that was leased to Tucumcari Exploration. I'll share the following which might explain why there was a change of heart as I believe they did find out in the end that there was proof of the Millennium BS. "No one has the wells They the land and the minerals belong to us. All of the leases expired 4 to 5 years ago if not longer with tucumcari exploration." "All 7 wells are on our ranch. Are you working with barnes" "I you are dealing with Leslie Greyling you better grab your ass for the ride." Always remember ARX Gold and Minmet...... :-(
"The Company on March 10, 2014 acquired 85% working interest in Seven Natual Gas Wells in Tucumcari New Mexico for 80,000,000 shares of its common stock" ???
Hello hello hello....... created 23/7/2014.... Adobe page 5 Mr. Bonnar received 2 million Millennium shares for consulting services????? Https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=123718
The 660k should be paid back with interest!! They are making nice profit. . Thats if we even see it... most likely that company has tranfered the money to another then gone bust. .With no money to pay back..
Mav2, thanks for your update, I presume after a chat with Gavin Bonnar? So it was BOD rather than Nomad who insisted on unwinding of the deal? Are they confident of getting the £660k back, and why did they give 90 days grace for it to happen? Did we try for a Nomad or was it deemed futile / a case of trying to save £ whilst putting the management team in place? TIA

I realise that our BODs never did us any favours , to put it mildly, by appointing those involved in Millenium fiasco or being an integral part of it, but do we have a legit complaint against a Nomad seeing as they've probably ruined any change of us getting anything back by not even giving us a chance to put things right (which we seemed to be in process of doing!) We were, after all, still a going concern with £660K due to come in. Can we do anything re above point?
I did have 500,000 but my average price was 18p
has the money from failed deal been returned
I often wondered why SNRP wasn't dual listed on the JSE.
This whole fiasco should be looked into, but probably won't be knowing AIM - something, I guess, certain individuals are 'banking on'.
I wonder if there is something that should be looked into here. If the company and its directors were still allowing individuals to buy shares only minutes and hours prior to the suspension when they knew something was seriously wrong, then there have to be serious questions asked of the directors. Personal liability for them in these circumstances raises its head and should be pursued. I only lost £500 here but my shares were bought literally minutes before the suspension was announced. I will be in direct contact with Mr Nel and his ilk and knocking on his door if I have to in order to find out what happened here.
how much did you have? i made a £5300 top up two hours before susension
I've not bothered to post a message before but always read others with interest. Just read the last post and I know it doesn't help but if I'd lost £8500 I'd actually be feeling happier than I do now.
who needs eight and a half grand anyway shocking handling of the whole thing had a pipe dream of relisting and going up to 10p an assett worth in excess of a billion totally screwed up to nothing
