The name change is significant - Tintra - shows a huge vote of confidence in services provided by sjh. In the interview, Richard talks about the huge potential value of transactions that sjh could be involved in. Tiny market cap that could explode over the next few years
A very interesting interview, mainly Tintra and UHNW individuals focused not much on SJH understandable except comment's about an application for a banking licence in Qatar and acquisition target.
Interesting podcast

Results due in next 3 weeks, with 5 months of continuous growth included across all divisions the SP could be blown out of the water. With an RTO to follow then what £5 a share. !!!! Dream on.
Currently..... Over the last year, St James House share price has been traded in a range of 62.5, hitting a high of 87.5, and a low of 25.
When a person or group acquires interests in shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights of a company, they must make a cash offer to all other shareholders at the highest price paid in the 12 months before the offer was announced (30% of the voting rights of a company is treated by the Code as the level at which..
Yup it's all set up that way for Tintra to go to 29.9% at very little cost. Then they can go over 30% easily and trigger the RTO.
RTO .plenty of logic,an existing CEO doesn’t move aside that easy without a large carrot, not human nature. Interesting times indeed GLA
Could it be a reverse takeover ?
A very interesting interview very Tintra and UHNW individuals focused nothing on SJH but understandble except comment's about an application for a banking licence in Qatar and acquisition target.
I haven't had the chance to listen yet and this is hot off the press as the say. I will try and listen to it later but any comments would be appreciated as this could be very useful.
Now showing on Aquis,
Love to know how much trading Tintra has done with the “UHNW “ clients over the past couple of years???
Back to the realistic world,GLA
GB, Yes I can seem them printed on advfn real time trades page.
Just bought 1300 @47.40 not showing yet.
I am getting a quote for 47.4 to BUY...MMs and their games.
Wonder why they reported that 4,562 trade as a sell? Are MMs looking for shares?
Date Time Trade Prc Volume Buy/Sell Bid Ask Value
05-Jul-21 15:01:39 47.40 4,562 Sell* 45.00 50.00 2,162 O
05-Jul-21 12:56:34 45.00 823 Sell* 45.00 50.00 370.35
Absolutely and hopefully he can find the shares to take a decent stake (maybe he will get some of shares that went to Tintra previously?).
He only needs to buy just over 140,000 shares to have a declarable holding, I would have thought he could do that easily enough cash wise? That would mean almost 70% of the company would be held by management one way or another.
Newu , definitely have the effect of pushing the SP north as there is only small amount of free float after accounting for those held by all LTH . There again we might be in a closed period with results due in the next 3 weeks. Let’s hope that we get an update on transition progress before the AGM.
Yes it would be nice to see the new CEO get some skin in the game but that might be tricky as there are not alot of shares available for him to buy unless the company issues some to him?

What we need is Richard S to buy a bundle to install some confidence for the future.GLA
It all seems to be hissing against the wind if they intend to low ball us. Surely then they would need 75% of the vote to do this? Wouldnt suprise me brown envelopes passed round to make it so....GL
Thanks PJ have been doing a lot of research to the extent I had e-mailed GP 5 days before yesterday’s update asking specific questions about Richard S.
Love to talk to the real PJ for his views as he was where this all started.

Plenty of articles about Tintra for those curious….
Perhaps you should avoid this BB as you seem to be rather stressed now.
