The latest video from Smart Energy dedicated to 1 mmcm of daily gas production goal the group has achieved most recently All factual data is in Ukrainian but you can see how the assets and infrastructure look like. Agree think these will all come but I do believe we are at the lows
Move up on which news exactly? Need a positive update re VAS - both license and reserves, then maybe Cash balance will not surprise. Drilling results are in a few months time
Krok -sp hardly sank - think we will start a steady move up
It’s somewhat weird timing that both RPT and JKX find themselves in similar situations - coincidence?
Novinski can gain greater value and status by maintaining the listing
Rocker1, answering your questions: 1) I hold 757k shares of Regal, worth ca. 300k pounds. This is my largest single investment among individual stocks 2) My stocks portfolio is heavily skewed towards junior E&P stocks, that’s where my expertise comes from 3) Apart from RPT, I currently own CAD, JKX, VGAS, GKP, GENL, SEPL. A few offshore drillers, small positions, though. In and out, as the situation changes Will be happy with 50-60% gain on Regal in the next 6-9 months. Do not expect it to double, but 50% is pretty much a done deal for me
I strongly believe there will be a takeover !! Cheapest option maybe sooner that you think !! Answer my first question please
2 questions do you hold £50,000 worth of stock and what other companies compare to regal ?? They your own words
Rocker1, if there is a takeover, I will admit I am an idiot. If there is none, you will do the same. Deal? I remember how confident most people here were in the “imminent takeover from Pinchuk”))) one pound, not less))
Because London listing is sort of an insurance in the turbulent Ukrainian environment. It is more difficult to do something aggressive to a company, which has UK shareholders than to a private Ukrainian company Ukraine is very much oriented towards the West these days, so authorities or other oligarkhs will think twice before doing something unfriendly That said, it didn’t help RPT with the VAS license
Pinchuk got 125p, the rest will get 72p imo
Positive today :) watch and learn
My my words krok the guy who thinks he owns 50k worth of stock and doubts the company , still waiting for comparable companies , out of words mate !! Think ur full of !! Takeover mark my words then u will vanish
There's only 57m shares outstanding.
At 65p they'd cost him £37m.
So why wouldn't he take RPT private? It'd cost him slightly more than this year's forecast profit.
Then he keeps all future profits for himself.
He doesn't need investment cash...so why wouldn't he go private now?
As per below, now he owns so much a TO is definitely on the cards imo. Holding well at 38p in fact now increasing
Share price is sinking and the volumes are substantial. Somebody probably thinking Novinsky will screw us all
There will be no takeover, forget about it. Novinskiy sees the London listing of Regal as an asset Just dont understand how he managed to escape making an offer. He had to make it immediately upon increasing he stake
Can see another rns on the way
Offer next few days 60p , has to make a offer now he has 80-90% holding
We hit 60p in March so if there is a takeover we should see a 50% rise from here. Time to add perhaps?
Please excuse my ignorance but doesn't VN now have to make an offer for all the company?
Rubbish, AIM rules says:
When a person or group acquires interests in shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights of a company, they must make a cash offer to all other shareholders at the highest price paid in the 12 months before the offer was announced (30% of the voting rights of a company is treated by the Code as the level at which effective control is obtained).
When interests in shares carrying 10% or more of the voting rights of a class have been acquired by an offeror (i.e. a bidder) in the offer period and the previous 12 months, the offer must include a cash alternative for all shareholders of that class at the highest price paid by the offeror in that period. Further, if an offeror acquires for cash any interest in shares during the offer period, a cash alternative must be made available at that price at least.
If the offeror acquires an interest in shares in an offeree company (i.e. a target) at a price higher than the value of the offer, the offer must be increased accordingly.
The offeree company must appoint a competent independent adviser whose advice on the financial terms of the offer must be made known to all the shareholders, together with the opinion of the board.
Can you please explain takeover at a low cost?
AGM couldn't come at a better time, clarity Novynskyis position and intentions will dictate the market here. Cash position also key. Who is attending the AGM?
With this level of shareholding Vadym Novynskyi can make a takeover anytime he wants at a low cost as he has the major holding so nobody else can stop him. I held these, but no longer as this has become such a high risk.
How come did he manage to increase the stake from 54% to 83% without making an offer? No idea what price he paid to Pinchuk, right?
