I keep telling everyone there no need to worry I am not this is what I wanted to happen
I don't know what to think just gutted.
Lew maybe that's why they dropped this RNS like that, to make everyone panic. At 10-14p, for this kind of asset, no operational issues (assumining they don't hide anything from us) I'm sure placing is possible and will happen. I believe the BoD are cynical rather then incompetent
Moon i owe you an apology you were right & I was wrong, sorry for that. My faith clearly misplaced, no point selling now just hope it turns round next year.
I can't see how they can do a placing now they have literally trashed the share price, this is the most ridiculous RNS I've ever seen, thanks Rambler you idiots!
Buy HZM !!

They will not go bankrupt correct. There is ‘valuable’ asset here.
And as you have been pointing out they need a stack of cash.
Said cash is now needed urgently.
Now how do you envisage they will get said cash….
D4E, placing, rights issue, part sale….charity auction
And how will the structure of this fundraise affect shareholders and stakeholders…
Very very hard to see it being favourable to current shareholders based on the ambiguous RNS that landed earlier.
A bloody car crash IMO for existing shareholders.
u lot make me laugh we not bankrupt but we will raise lot of money I think its right time to do so. they been doing amazing. they just need ore sorter asap.. will need lot of money.
Dr. Toby Bradbury:
Rambler Metals Mining is a London, AIM listed, copper-gold mining company. We were
historically listed on the TSX Junior Exchange. That is something which we are
considering again, as we grow the business to reflect its true potential, because all of our
operations and projects are Canadian based
Maybe he is actually hoping for a positive reception for Rambler on the TSX which actually reflects its true value and recognises the potential.
They are very keen on listing on TSX.
That's worth the 60% down I am tbh
*seen off
At least the fall has seen of DJliar and GGG . Every cloud I guess
Price action this week would suggest there has been no attempt to raise. It’s actually looked pretty strong up until this morning
AJ
You certainly wouldn’t try a placing AFTER an RNS like that
What part of the RNS indicates they have tried a placing and failed? As I cannot see that.
As has already been posted the RNS released today suggests that the company may have tried to get a placing away to raise sufficient funds but was unable to do so. Current market conditions mean it is difficult for struggling companies to secure funding
Copper is over last year hedge ,production is up,...they will just need few millions to strong the balance sheet to make rmm even more stronger in longer term. Share price will be triple in 6 months that's my prediction once copper will be over $4 and our monthly production will be 750ton +.
Raise the money for the ore sorter and the issues regarding fuel instantly disappear
Would a bid of 20p - 25p, all paper do the job?
Do you mean 50m shares or $50m. $50m at 10p a share is a hell of a dilution. 50m shares is only $5m. That's not going to be enough for anything major.
Wouldnt a higher share price means less dilution? Why would they want the SP lower for a placing? That wouldnt make sense
The business has been hit with a double whammy of a huge rise in fuel costs and a fall in the copper price.
The rise in fuel means it is not currently viable to truck the ore 40km to the processing plant.
Capital repayments on the debt are due to commence later this year and the company won't be able to pay that so fresh equity needs to be raised otherwise the creditors will take control of the company
Good points metalhead, hence why I think this vague RNS was released. And they knew the effect this would have on the share price. If they are looking to do a placing (which the RNS doesn't make clear) then a lower SP will be favourable by the participants.
Didn’t we get paid 11 million for the gold in April ? Surely most of that is still knocking about .
