Wolves, so if you were unhappy about something you wouldn't jump ship then? You would stick it out.
Red you miss the point. It's only because of the union that t&C's are good. On an individual basis you can't blame people for doing what is best for them and their families, doing what they believe will give them the best take home pay. Supporting the union is their best way to achieve this. What would be wrong with a world where people went to work, socialised with their colleagues, relaxed, had a snack, did a little work, socialised with their colleagues, had lunch and went home?
not easy for me royal I am 57 so age is against me.... most have youth onside.... tell you what though. you cannot buy experience and common sense let alone tutor it
Royal. I just had a quick scan of posts not intending to respond but your comment needs a reply. Your saying It's not easy for most employees to find another job at the same rates.
Then why on earth not just accept that and stop complaining (a generalisation not you personally) I also read that the t & c's are considered good. So go to work do your job get decent rate end of.
It might be easy for you but not for most employees to find another job at the same rates. I'm surprised that you don't really know how the world works and what working people's lives are like?
royal if it was me then I would look elsewhere for employment and continuing towing the line I don't want to tow and then jump ship when offered a new post... easy really don't you think? or are you saying royal mail employs the unemployable? careful here my friend
royal we all have a choice....I choose to go shopping at either m&s asda or aldi….no one puts a gun to my head
Most people don't have a choice. Bit of a silly comment from Rico imho.
guys not on here for long so ill pass a bit of info..... had what you call work time learning. sure some on here will know whats its about... and basically rico is saying to everyone...." there is a job here if you want it. and basically if you don't then find employment elsewhere.... "fair comment really because who in their right mind would work for someone they despise???? we have to go with the direction the customers want and require.... I cannot argue
I have never known one here say they refused the shares. One said he only accepted in order to have some say as a shareholder :-)))
if Mad, being so anti RM, actually refused his free shares (apparently around 380 employees did so)?
