I have a sneaky suspicion that this maybe delisted and go private in the not to distant future. What is salvageable can be split amongst the few that are left with an interest. Basically just a calamity from start to finish....
With all due respect, 1,000,000 buys at current sp level don't indicate a change in sentiment. More likely, they're short positions being closed out. As a RM2 LTH myself - I truly wish otherwise, but 95% expect the company is destined for liquidation as there is no news-flow that could possibly provide confidence in a belief that a different outcome is at all likely from here on.
Volume today. X2 1Million trades. Action here soon me-thinks.
But without the fundraise the Company wouldn’t have been able to deliver at all. Let’s see if it has managed to bridge the gap & ‘If the plan, properly funded & executed, is expected ( big word there) to allow us to achieve positive EBITBA in 2019’ If they can ‘execute’ & the next update confirms a big order/contract expect serious retruns from these levels. However, it seems like a binary bet right now.
The recent 18 million fund raising is now worth 9 million.... great investment eh
Any news from the company would be good. We have been waiting for news of customers for years now. With the original share offer we were told that a number of blue chip customers were interested, but nothing has materialised. Unfortunaly I am not the only one who does not think this technology is of value otherwise the share price would still be £120 not struggling with penny shares.
It sounds like you’re here with an Axe to grind. Don’t you like this new technology? The Company only have to announce traction with Customers & this will move very quickly imo. It’s priced to fail right now, but let’s have an update from our US trial clients.
I am glad you are so optimistic, do you have more info than the rest of us. It seems to me that the problem with rm2 is that their product is of no value to its customers. I have been involved with pallets fo 35 years and have never been asked for a pallet that will survive a tank driving over it or wanting technology involved with aerospace. Custermers want a pallet that works. The Rm2 pallet is over specified and to expensive.
That £2000 worth of sells can drop this 12%. Makes me think good news is just around the corner. Holding firm, having just topped up!
This co has been a shambles from its IPO onwards . Poor communication, terrible mgt, a couple of high profile names on the board to impress directors ( very happy their shares will be worth organic fertilizer very soon ). I feel very sorry for all of us who supported the co and are soon to loose our hard earned £.
RM2 seems to be more about the ego of the directors and staff, than about selling pallets. I have been in contact with the company on a few occasions, the last time was to get a quote to supply a substantial number of pallets. The companies first response was from a senior employee to tell me how important, clever and busy he was. The second response was to ask about the specification and then nothing since. The business has now been placed with another supplier and I will not even ask RM2 for prices again.
Not a dickey bird since the open offer result . Last one out turn off the lights must be on the horizon shortly...the open offer is perhaps severance pay ? It’s slowly limping to a sad conclusion now by the looks of things....I suspect they are ready to post an Rns stating that they have done everything possible but market conditions were against them. Onwards and upwards....sure it’s only money :-)
Sadly there will be nobody employed by RM2 soon !!!
Maybe not too many employed in the near future.....
There seems to be a lot of people on LinkedIn that are employed by RM2. You can always call or e-mail Kevin Mazula.

Anyone care to speculate what might be happening here? Did RM2 fleece its' shareholders again with the offering and do the same to Woodford, or is there a viable business here? That £18M will be running out soon at the monthly burn rate and the 2nd tranche will not be issued unless key business KPI's are reached, but there is not a shred of evidence of anything happening - either their being extremely discreet - or ... ?
Possible contract announcements??? With Fortune 500 company as mentioned in last press release?
no idea who these are m8...but its moving
Death throes !

There are no contract news. Sadly the end is near now. Another great investment from the illustrious Mr Woodford !
