Looking lively again... 8% up..
cheers.
Form 8.3 disclosure made last night
great stuff... where is this detailed? Had a look through the RNSs couldn't see anything. Thanks.
Brilliant. Hint Hint
The ex CEO of Silence Therapeutics has bought a stake. He was instrumental in buying Arrowhead for SLN before it became a multi bagger and is obviously a sector expert.
...probs $27m after costs so £20m exchanged. Current MC £11.9 so around 18p cash. However,,,if true about tax losses then maybe another few pence...
19p per share return if no sale. Sorry if 'I've become word blind' been looking through every single RNS and reports for RLM but can't find 'the 19p' figure. Please hep me to find it? GLA and thanks!
is that your target here?
Will take 200000 at 10.2. Nope. chart looks good to run the 15p. Tomorrow will be interesting
Just wanted to be sure before I bought. Took my time and bought at just below 10p. Been spiked too much again recently by taking stupid gambles. This isn't one lol.
Flying on Nasdaq at mo’ ...
Exactly 19p in cash returned to shareholders if no sale. There are multiple buyers stated in the update who are interested in the company cash, nasdaaq listing and tax benefits. So 19p minimum. It's taken a while for people to cotton on
just saw a nice summary by riddle on twitter... 19p worst case, sell out for more, best case...
when is the transfer happening exactly? Getting quoted below ask and tempted...
understood, but why is this so low with such potential?.... what are the real risks here? cash is good, assets good...I must be missing something that forms part of a down side or risk..? why isn't this trading at close to cash levels?
What to you mean. Your shares will be transferred to ADS on nadsaaq.
in RLM...but how will this work going forward is shareholders approve?? can someone advise, thanks..
I repeat. Nice to see some movement but still needs to double to get to cash levels.
I keep buying them while I wait for the rest of the market to cotton on.
Have passed all the resolutions for the general meeting. Just spoke with my broker who said that if it does delist I would need to fill in a form and then my shares will be transferred for trading on nasdaaq. SIMPLES. I think that it will be bought out soon as it's only trading on nadsaaq and that's what I am waiting for.
I like the look of this new investor and having a read through their website. Would not be surprised if they start buying alot more.
Invesco have sold out as they have been battered in Motif Bio and the fund manager is on the naughty step. I would expect the new German holder to get busy with a cash distribution or maybe even a takeover to merge with one of their own bios if they hold one, so as to utilise the tax losses. The only balance sheet that I have read is the figures from last August. I presume it's on Realm's website under investor relations - if not will it not be on this site under regulatory news ? I see zero downside, possibly a 20p bid, more likely 16p cash returned and the only risk is how long it takes.
I dont know Scott If you recon that they will be worth maybe 15 p in may why the RNS out to day says that Invesco have reduced their holding, would it not be better for them to hang on. ???
CONDAO where can i see the balance sheets please ? AND Scoot hope all goes well for your up and coming Wedding..
Denby :-)
Have a look at the holding in Co chaps
