Tick Tock :)......
Should be around 15p really already....people just don't know what the deal is about at the moment.
To get in at these levels imv, RNS incoming very shortly now, Eur. 5m and £2m. going to be filling the company coffers very soon, not to mention the ton of newsflow incoming, this is one to buy and hold!
Dont forget the 5 million Euro payment to Reac upon Newry funding
It will, however, be diluted by the issue of the New EBIOSS Shares pursuant to the Conversion Agreement..........would someone mind explaining the true effect of this statement please?
Shareholders are being asked to vote on the Resolutions at the EGM to, inter alia, approve the Whitewash Resolution (which is to be voted upon only by Independent Shareholders), which is a condition of the Settlement Deed and the Conversion Agreement and therefore the issue of the New EBIOSS Shares. The Company is also asking Shareholders to vote on a change of the Company's name to EQTEC PLC. As the Conversion Price, being 5.53 pence per New EBIOSS Share is below the nominal value of the Existing Ordinary Shares (being €0.10 per Existing Ordinary Share), in order to permit the Company to issue the New EBIOSS Shares in compliance with the Companies Act, the Company intends, subject to, inter alia, Shareholder approval, to undertake the Share Capital Reorganisation to enable the Proposals to proceed as, under the Companies Act, new ordinary shares must be issued at a price greater than their nominal value. Under the Share Capital Reorganisation, each of the 75,140,494 Existing Ordinary Shares will be divided into and reclassified as one New Ordinary Share of €0.001 and one 2017 Deferred Share of €0.099. Each Shareholder's proportionate interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital will, and thus the aggregate value of their holding should, remain unchanged as a result of the Share Capital Reorganisation alone. It will, however, be diluted by the issue of the New EBIOSS Shares pursuant to the Conversion Agreement.
As far as I know they won't as their is a resolution that covers that I believe! Tick Tock RTO'clock!!! GL.
Will the REAC shares be suspended at 11.30 - to be replaced with EQTEC PLC ?
Thanks for all the informative posts, much appreciated. ATB
· EBIOSS has currently an agreement with Energy China for project financing of 75% of the total project value. Additionally Energy China is committed to provide the 50% of the equity · EBIOSS has relationships with different international funds · Energy China is ranked #15 in top 250 Global Contractors
By building solid urban waste plants in the UK, Ebioss Energy has two earning sources: those from selling energy (market price) and recurring income for destroying waste, Gate Fee. Additionally, Brexit is an added benefit, because the cost of exporting tons of RDF -to countries like Germany, Sweden or the Netherlands- is expected to go up, due to the saturation levels in the UK’s garbage dumps. Ebioss Energy’s proposal, in collaboration with China Energy, makes eliminating waste in the UK more profitable.
11.30 today when all should be passed and a new dawn for this company. GL to all lets hope for a string of great RNS's.
I expecting this to be knocking on double digits by end of the week. Once ebioss is fully fledged running the show its only going one way, stray in and enjoy the ride.
There's a lot to read in the penultimate RNS, but have a good read and I think you'll be pleased. Roll on tomorrow.
EGM Its all in here. Going to be a very big 2017 for this company. http://www.lse.co.uk/regulatory-news-article.asp?ArticleCode=qh3w45ef&ArticleHeadline=Significant_Investment_by_EBIOSS__Notice_of_EGM
"Fully owned subsidiary of China Energy"
Votes have to be in before egm Agm had nothing to do with egm agenda
Me too leslieby. One thing I'm unclear about... The initial announcement about Ebioss shares said that it would be voted upon by shareholders at the EGM, but it seems that happened last week at the AGM. In which case, what is the EGM for? Am I missing something?
I shall be watching with great interest as the days events unfold. Gla.
'Would not' - obviously. I only offer research. This is not a rampfest. This is an opportunity to research an interesting development for a junior company.
