Seriously hobsy1, do try not to judge everyone else by your own pitiful standards
Hilarious fabrication, nice try.
Forgetting all the BB 'noise' for a moment.......these situations are often set plays with those 'in the know' being able to fill their boots even more. It doesn't always happen that way but often does.
I've said before that a key marker for me is that the unpaid directors have bags full of share options (including JN) at a strike price of 1.8p (announced via RNS in February).
Why did they set that strike price?
IMHO they set it at that as they are pretty sure after an RTO is announced they will be able to make a healthy profit when they come to sell their options as the SP will likely be multiples of that. Otherwise what's the point?
If you've paid 1.8p or less for your shares you are in this for what the directors have options set at so don't beat yourself up. there are other TR1 holders that have also actually paid a fair bit more than this as well....and they are still holding (what do they know)??!!
I'm more than happy to hold for now too.
I can confirm that it is confirmation bias.
What was it called again? Confirmation bias.
You keep telling yourselves Greg has a source and hope for the best, eh?
For the record, I am none of the things described here - not everyone is liar. Don't forget, perception is reflection
Most BB on LSE has these types of posters where they've lost a few quid sold up and haven't moved on because they're bitter knowing people are going to make a few quid when the boat comes in.
Seriously they need to man up and take responsibility for their own actions. How childish does it sound to blame someone else posting something on a website?
Be a real man take the losses and move on with your pathetic little lives.
Haha! Yeah, because paid deramper or bitter loser are the only possible reasons. Are you a paid ramper, Greg, or just a bull****ter?
Why negative comment on a share your not invested in? Must be paid deramper or very bitter loser.
I agree that it is binary. Those of us invested are on the side of a deal, those on the sideline think not. The clock is ticking.
Many here appear to have based their investment on whether rich people would be prepared to lose bundles, which is a little odd. I have had pelters for correcting untruths... late filing of a confirmation statement didn't mean the deal had been done, John Mahtani pumped (just as he did with PIRI and PNPL) and has sold down here. JN has had success and has had failure. Greg25 does not have a reliable source... and now BrutalDeluxe is getting criticised for suggesting people shouldn't necessarily believe everything that is written. So, despite everything you read on here, this still appears to me to be a binary bet. Good luck to all holders
Not as many selling out here because they know the SP is in the range for the deal that's being closed out.
I don't see any reference to this on PS Twitter site recently.
You're the one whining, you hat. I am in agreement with Timetomultibag. Do you even read my comments or just cry out against me with your soy based tears? All I am saying is that Twitter is not a reliable source of information.
All you have to do is make your own assessments. It never pays to listen to the keyboard heroes.
I see on Twitter profit seeker has sold out , really odd as I follow him & he was preaching patience etc etc ..
You really have to question the wisdom of some of these faces behind the screen sometimes . .
He must have lost thousands yet nothing changed here .
I've no idea what the delay is now but I'm holding as my source is a reliable one.
NT at the close yesterday , biggish delayed buy showing up .
I wonder if this moves up today
I've got a wallet full of final top ups ;)))
lol, I hear you!
Final top up this morning.
Another day closer.
This has dragged on and is testing even the most loyal.
Can only hope the Bod have been working hard behind the scenes to produce a positive result.
Nothing being leaked so far.
Someone is selling down. I hope it’s not a Tr1 holder.
You for real? JN is making all his decisions based on what is said on this, the most reliable, impartial chat board around. I mean, aren't we all? Besides Twitter and my mate Dave, there is no more trustworthy HP sauce of information.
Although sentiment low at the minute due to no news & low volume I believe there will still be a rise pre RTO rns .
I'm still confident good deal will come although there is no denying the risks .
Boom, agree, I have confidence in JN also with my Vela holding and am of the view that a deal was lined up from the start but it does take time to get all legal issues/paperwork sorted. Hopefully it results in a shorter suspension so new co. can get up and trading sooner. May do a cheeky top up in the am @ sub 1p if no news drops.
