Have been doing some research on this share as I like Chris Akers’ investments. I read somewhere that they have three weeks to do a deal? Is this true and how likely is it that the share will be suspended?
Yes, once deal is completed there will be a short suspension from anywhere from a couple of days up to a few weeks, as you have probably read on here and elsewhere across social media the general consensus seems to be that the sp moving forward could move move post RTO anywhere from 20p up to £2 per share! I've calculated that 67p would be a nice price for myself but everyone has different targets dependant on their personal circumstances. Good luck.
Chris Akers is not involved here and it’s 2 weeks trading days left. Assuming there is no RTO announcement prior, it will suspend on the morning of the 5th July, it will then have 6 months to complete an RTO, or raise and relist as an investing company.
I’m a long term holder and too stubborn to sell, so I hope there will be a positive RNS before it gets to that scenario, but people should be aware this is a very risky time to buy in as the news could go either way.
There are a lot of rampers jumping on this at the moment, throwing wild SP predictions based on diddly squat.
So still 2 more weeks then another 6 months after the 5th July to secure an RTO, makes you wonder why these TR-1's are popping up recently when they have another 6 months to load up, presumably they expect an announcement with regards to an RTO being secured very soon!
How can you be so certain and dogmatic that Mr Akers will not be involved here?
There is only 2 weeks left to trade, the further 6 months to complete a deal is during suspension. It will suspend by 5th July, deal or no deal. There is no guarantee it will relist.
I see, so big holders loading up prior to the cut off date of July 5th as presumably they are very very confident that there will be an RTO secured very soon after July 5th, there is no other explanation which bodes very very nicely for holders here!
Never say never, but he’s not at the moment, and he’s been dismissive of any involvement in the past.
So in theory everything could in fact be sorted before July 5th anyway? I just mean that even though they have 6 months after July 5th if everything can be resolved sooner than they could suspend next next week say and then relist the week after? would that be common in this sort of situation or do they usually use up a lot of the allotted time after the cut off date? Thanks
You think this is going to a quid from here so you tell us mate?
I asked Greg if that’s what he thought possible hence the ?
