Ok thanks for the reply
Surprised it hasn't gone lower horrible earnings
Unsure it will bounce back unless they have a good trading update
Definitely a long term hold if you think its profits will bounce back to last years levels
And a small market cap which it always good for quick price movements
gains back from yesterdays losses....still a while to go though.
Short spread quicker sold.
Hi man what it your obsessed with spreads haha
I'm intrigued to find out
Spread is under 10% now.
Spread still killing it.GL.
Not the best results either free cash flow negative
20%Spread.
Spread too wide.ggl.
Does anyone know who is the constant seller into the market.?
IMO This little company with good management, financed by sales of industrial and house building land has the potential to grow substantially.
At long last turnover may be moving from the stuck at £29m every year for the last five years
Is another plastic bottle company operating in a high wage economy in Denmark the way to go? inSchela Plast
Should have focused on bespoke cardboards rather than plastics
Now what’s your view?
Steve
They were both buys.
They were mine.
1.29 was a sneaky 5000 reported as a sale .
I have bought 220,000 since March.
I use ADVFN boards I find these hard to read
seller has sold another 20,000 today plus 5000 this morning but plenty of demand for the stock.
nothing to worry about he will run out of shares .
i do like the start this new ceo has made it is her first position of ceo in a company and she will want to make her mark.
reading her cv she comes across as someone with drive and ambition and capability .
everything you need to drag a stale under performing company like this one .
well mr robinson i think you jumped the gun with your comment the seller is still here and holding the sp down. he has sold 5000 today at 1.29 and sold 10,000 on the 14th dyor.
I hope it’s invested in the business
Not sure we will get a great deal
Well you got that wrong.
I see 200 p here
yes all is good here although wont see any increase in sp until end of the year now unless we get further update on property sale but realistically i think it will be early next year.
there is also a seller in the background which i think is the guy from guernsey who is dripping his holding into the market in 5,000 share tranches on a daily basis which will keep the sp at this level for the time being.
Great to see 130 being hit
Well ask is 125 so that 120 you talked about not far off... 5p dividend very nice
thankyou libero but this is only the start for this stock the big prize is the sale of the surplus property that the company is in the process of selling at the moment.
my research shows that the value of the land is well above the 10m that is in the accounts but even if it is correct 10m would equate to 60p per share and would expect to see the majority of this to be paid to shareholders in a special divi some time next year. please dyor
Well done Steve305, my fellow DLG-investor!
Feel I should have taken your wise advice but am delighted to see you've reached your target :)
Bravo
looks like people have realised the report that progress has been made on the sale of the surplus land has been made and company expects to have sale completed in 2021.
this will result in a special divi being paid out which i would expect to be at least 50p per share.
i also expect to see sp at £1.20 before long imho dyor good luck all.
