They will now have to relist, an RTO would have been easier. The BOD’s have messed up big time. I hope they are not taking any salary because of this incompetence. Companies are crying out for empty shells, they have no excuse for this and need to be held accountable.
Honestly can't see this relisting,PHM board had loads of time to organise a RTO.people are screaming out for cash shells so I've got no idea what they have been doing for the last 6 months.ive emailed Nichollas half complaining about the situation and got this response:
A crushing blow for me. We learnt two days ago that our RTO candidate had pulled out – no explanation has been given to me.
We become a private company on the 15th March without the ability to proceed with another transaction.
Personally I think the BODs left it to late and ended up putting all there eggs in one basket.10k down the drain

AIM Rule 15 Update
Further to its announcement on 18 January 2021, Phimedix (AIM: PHM), the AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that the proposed acquisition in the life sciences space will not now be proceeding.
As no reverse takeover will be completed by 14 March 2021, being the date six months following the suspension of trading in the Company's shares, the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of Phimedix's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation") with effect from 7.30 a.m. on Monday 15 March 2021.
After Cancellation, the Company will explore its available options, and keep shareholders informed as and when appropriate.
