deepjoy, I don't know why you are bothering with the prat. I had the same thing with him when he said the clinic was freehold, when in fact it's leasehold. I had the same thing with him after a previous CF interview when I said CF was clearly telling us he was about to do a placing, and Jimzi said I was clearly trying to get a better price. A week later there was a placing.
The bloke just won't accept he's human and sometimes gets it wrong.
Regarding TR1's, another company i'm invested in had a similar situation recently with a ii selling.
The date on which they sold was 12/05/2020, they didn't inform the company until 15/06/2020.
Over a month later. It then took the company a further 9 days to release the info via RNS.
What I'm saying is it is not always straight forward. I'm sure truth will become apparent, eventually.
Not worth falling out over, imo.
25m simply Sold but never disclosed via Tr1 but out there somewhere and 13m overhang has caused The sp decline from 14.8p and continual churn for three weeks ....I don’t think so but we’ll leave it there as we will never agree..
Hypothesis of an ordinary trade. Hello...?
Still can't get to grips with basics?
." it is shown as a trade but there isn't necessity for the exchange to be backed by £ transaction."
Your comment.
Feel free to give examples of O trades [meaning T2 settlement] not being settled for cash. That's my evidence - LSE reported trades with types. Can't think of any better unless you are asserting its being incorrectly reported ?? That's the only way out of your pickle
[Hint too stop digging yourself into a bigger Walter Mitty hole - we all know Acacia had to meet a payment to Link 2 days after this trade so it maybe just a trade as reported]
CF is referring to the remaining balance they held.
TR - see Markshares post
Orph broker on the case - LMAO - its an ordinary trade FFS - what are they going to do??
I think the onus is on you to show the trade is incorrect - good luck.
I think most can lift the Honest John posting veil.
V poor show -esp as you said you were taking a break - yea, sure. Motives
