very strange here..... no trades for days and then someone wants to offload a tiny amount first thing... so they dropped it 30% to give them 50p, peeps then pile in [sort of] and it creeps back to 70p... seems to want to punish any sellers......B

Overall long term it looks like a decent company to invest in.

thats a great move upwards from its 10p listing on xmas eve last year. Absolutely phenomenal. if you look at the results though this company is not worth a 44 mill market cap

This is a company with strong fundamentals. A lot I'd happening in the background. I like their business model. All their properties are sold out and they are expanding into other areas in UK. They are going to have a massive growth this year. When you compare to their peers in the residential property development, their market cap is tiny. Most of their peers are worth hundreds of millions
and I didnt nibble............ doh !. Not sure what drives the share price here. It seems to randomly go up on no volume and no news..... B

A total of 1,828,333 new ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company (the "Placing and Subscription Shares") have been issued at a price of 30.0 pence per Share, with existing and new investors, raising gross proceeds of approximately £548,500. The Placing was undertaken by a Placing of 1,401,666 shares by Hybridan LLP ("Hybridan") and a Subscription of 426,667 shares.
watching this one..... might have a punt if it goes back in the 20s..... no one rally knows why it went from 10 - 60, and it seems to have gone from 60 - 33 without so much as a grump...... weird one this. B

It is merely speculation. It raised about £930000 last month before expenses .
The Group undertakes development and re-development of new and existing buildings ("Development Activities") to create self-contained residential apartments, and the refurbishment of existing residential properties ("Refurbishment Activities") to create Co-living accommodation. The Group will act as its own principal or as a development manager on behalf of third-party investors for both Development Activities and Refurbishment Activities . For all this the above amount is really peanuts. They will need further funding by debt finance or raising more capital to go forward so at this early stage someone should be very cautionary. Few years ago investors lost lot of money when few years ago your space plc went into liquidation , a property development company of similarity in nature under pile of debt.

The RNS on the 18th, downplays the share price movement ,...and then the director makes a very bullish statement for 2021! lol
