Not an agenda as such, more concerned for those that will be burned severely IF the funding arrangement is drawn down. If it doesn't get drawn down then 2p is in fair value range for the assets. Its possible I guess as Chan Meng does some dodgy stuff. *sigh* I really loved the Mongolia thing too, had everything; assets, income, growth. Oh well, good luck; I shall not bother you again.
Again with the irony haha Whats your agenda here and are you a holder?
I'm sorry no... "Enerstry Korea expects total combined revenues of US$19.5 million over a ten year". The definition of Revenue: The "top line" or "gross income" figure from which costs are subtracted to determine net income. At this point you actually don't know whether they just bought into a loss making company.
This was that 11p article which I fonud cached through google: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:3sijGW-mF8IJ:barney71255.tumblr.com/post/74246499752/nova-nova-resources-recieves-11p-offer-from-corporate+&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk it is fake, even grammer is incorect. it looks like someone has added two sentences to the end of the original news article and changed the title.
If you go on the Directors Talk website you can search articles relating to Nova resources by searching by EPIC code Nova. This will bring up articles relating to Nova Resources
this "11p offer" was added through DirectorsTalk website and then removed. I did see the article. You may still able to retrieve the article if you search through google and cache the pages. But it looked fake to me. I did how ever see another article through DirectorsTalk, in fact here is the link which leads to another link: http://www.*****************/nova-resources-bull-flag-buy-signal-at-200-day-moving-average/ http://www.tradersown.co.uk/magazine/read/nova-resources-nova-bull-flag-buy-signal-at-200-day-moving-average_3336.html#sthash.5udm0KRF.d5cSKOLR.dpbs
Maybe a little perspective required. A week ago I had never heard of Enerstry. Nova bought 23.72% of it , and then within a week announce a) deals expected to bring Enerstry $19.5mm over 10 years ( so almost $5.0mm for Nova) and crucially b) capacity and financing for plenty more deals. Now $5.0mm over 10 years is not much I grant you , but its a lot better off than a week ago , and if it multiplied 10 fold , this could become a serious performer. So it seems to me that despite all the noise form the rampers and the derampers we should focus on the fundamentals.
Not much happening today ..its primed ..but no activity
...baed on the Yonsei project is big news. It must be operationally sound and profitable for the businesses involved. Where their is a second signup, there should be more to come so fair play to Nova for getting an early foothold in Korea's waste to energy market..more contracts will hike the SP.
Fair enough if you want to have a go at someone for ramping but to use that as an opportunity to deramp seems to cheapen your argument. Sell and shut up, unless ofcourse your waiting for an entry level like 99% of derampers are in which case your agenda is clear for everyone to see.
Dear god, stop ramping! Buy and shut up, but don't try to fool other people. "More investments" at this point (if not already) will highly likely involve drawing down on the "nuclear option" of £1m for 500m shares/warrants. At which point your shares will be worth 20% face value.
shadow post rec - you now have 4! I agree a good rns but 50 or 100k profit a year is decent on one contract but not as good as the rampers say!
Post rec
Boys - most people havent even read the RNS I promise you. It's easy to see. RNS is pretty obvious. Good news but this is AIM, goes up on anticipation but always overshoots the true level. Good little contract for these gus though so best of luck to you all. Swinger - I might have got it wrong mate, just did a quick calc. Was just amazed by the 5p, 11p talk.... Clearly from people who don't give a sh8t and are in and out in a flash after the ramping. Lol. GL to you both
Lets me honest, talk of 100% is ridiculous atm. Fully agree, but obviously you're a "troll" because you made a sensible and well informed comment ha, it's all the same in this place - too many idiots with no idea shouting ridiculous predictions. Shadow's post is an educated guess which i'd agree with.
good post shadow, its around £500k revenue per year, I was going to say nearer 100k profit per year, good rns but talk of 400 percent rise is a joke. to many rampers on LSE.
Hello bud, i didn't get caught on the spike thankfully, had two bunches, one just under 2p (sold last week with a small profit after the 11p offer came out and thought a no reasons RNS or denial would cause this to slump) and about 200000 i bought just over 1p, so i'm comfortable to just leave them and see where they go, just hate seeing people ramp this and the innocent getting spiked. All the best mate :)
Best of luck mate. Take profit when you can if there... Good luck
Have you noticed all the numbers given are expected Revenue... i.e. before expenses. This isn't investing; its poker (playing the people not the hand).
Shadow, i don't think he's interested in the reality. i'm here but i have my feet on the ground and fully appreciate this is a medium to long term hold, wherever this goes it won't be a sustained rise. Hence its a traders day. I'm in nice and low so happy to hold, one for the bottom drawer :)
I have emailed Peter Hargreaves to tell him to go to the back door and tell all his staff fag time is over and its time they were at their desks. Not expecting a reply!!
oh dear Warren. We have no clue do we? Poor boy. $19m revenue. What's that, lets say £13m. 23% of that is what?? £3m? Thats revenue, over 10 years. Profit - well, lets say it's 30% profit margin, that would give them £900k profit, OVER 10 YAERS ONCE THE PLANT IS BUILT..... So really a profit of about £50k once you discount it over the 10 period (and I am being nice as am considering this will start from today.....and not in 5 years time, which requires further discounting). So basically, you think a rise of over £2m justifies a profit spread over ten years of about £50k per year....LOL. You fool
It's a blessing bud, just be careful and wait for it to settle first. HL are the crappest broker i know - as soon as i can i'm transferring my portfolios elsewhere. Waste of space they are.
Btw i don't think 5p is a reality, i was being sarcastic ha :) GLA.
its taking forever to get HL to do anything this morning! Think only the cleaning lady is at the office this early.
