It's nice to see someone else out there chan. I bought into this one. Got fed up with the quindell board. Most of NASA is the hands of institutions which is interesting for a company of its size on the AIM.
Needs a good read. With Finncap Upgrading their Corporate Target from 8.00p to 10.00p. Last week Holdings were increased ( See above ) Looks like one to keep an eye on.
Sorry, "institutions" hands
Any life out there? Last post 19 feb. Noticed this as a share with growth prospects, aim low cap company but ownership largely in ins tigons hands. Looks interesting.
Glad to see share price moving up above 9p again. Reckon we could be back to where we were end of last year pretty soon..
....shouldn't really think about insider trading...........but some sort of tip off somewhere along the line springs to mind...who knows what games the mm's get up to ?
....how can the SP drop to 7.75 when since 1.30 it has held at 8.10?.....no trades since then!! ,somebody care to explain this?
if you were a director and bought 750,000 shares you would expect something in return....what I am saying is something good is going to happen but as always us pi's will always be the last to know and will miss the price rise....happy days though to all!!
Thanks for your helpful comments. There always remain some mysteries with AIM investments. Trying to minimise them is, I suppose, part of the fun/skill. I shall be joining you, with patience and expectations! :-)
yep I picked some up previously at 7p, looking bullish
get much better than this for a charty: 6p bottom then 3.7p steps all the way up to 17.1p (9.7/13.4/17.1) ... Obvious resistance at 8/8.5p but look for support c7.6/7.7p imo - chance it could fly all the way to 13.4 in one go (by March?) but early days obviously ... GLA
Looking good with the director buying , gap fill towards 10p
Not sure anybody knows the answer to your question.....Think most of us bought in to NASA at above 7p so are content hold on to see if the price can get back to where it was before the placing. Unless I have missed something I still am unaware as to who got the 'mates rates' at 5p. Kestrel and hh have some 100mio between them but this is less than one third of the total shares. But maybe I have missed who picked up the bulk of the placing although Denara took a chunk
Looking good here folks!
Second post on this board........ There were two consecutive trades of 750,000 shares yesterday. Both were below the bid price. So now I am left with an additional question to my unanswered 22 Jan. Any chance of an answer to either of them santa.
First post on this board........done some research on this company and signs are looking up......today Nick Bate (NED) bought 750,000 shares, further proof that something is afoot!!....strong buy!!
With the addition of 210m shares at 5p, please can someone help me understand why there have been so few sells since 10th Jan to pocket the 20% premium?
My 15k showing as a sell
gap between 6.85 and 10p. Support at 6p targets 11/12p
I’ll wait until I’ve had a good look over the weekend, but this is a sector I’m getting excited about. Don’t discount these shares because of their high market caps, it’s the growth rate which is important ……… I guess that’s why OUT isn’t getting much attention at the moment even though its monthly recurring revenue has jumped 300% in 4 months, in June it had £125k recurring revenue per month and in Oct it had jumped to £500k recurring per month and on that growth rate they should be way ahead of market expectations, IMO ……… little plug there, lol
Morning, took a small punt at 0.679p, why not :)
353,660,053 times 7p is getting on for £25m The Company advises that, following completion of the placing and acquisition, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 353,660,053 Ordinary Shares. The above figure of 353,660,053 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
hmmm website states 61,760,053, so not sure
353,660,053 shares in issue i think
I’ll have a look at this over the weekend, market cap is now knocking on the door of around the £25m mark which is not unusual for a company in this sector as long as it’s growth rate is strong ……… nice weekend job!!
