Wow looks like over 50% has been taken could be exciting times.
So who has purchased first points and Sheffield’s shares to own over 50% of the company?
Where is the Mandatory take over bid?
Take it you sold if you was in today.
We only have the £200k in cash and as time passes this will decrease without any income, so before money can be put up for any RTO I suspect they will need to raise cash. I can see us having massive dilution as well
When do the other buyers have to announce they have shares.
0.75p to sell can see another tick up on its way.
Will he bring a company to RTO
Share price is up.
TR1 Richard Edwards
Odd action going on at least there is some volume
Anyone know who the new holder is
I am not adding but it is hard to buy any look at MUST we will be in the same position in Jan.
Our problem is that we will have about £200k left at the end of the day but this could be further impacted by the claims from Australia. There will also be on going running costs so I suspect we could have zero in the bank and need to raise further funds. Not too sure if better to sell out or waite to see how things go. 0.60p is better than 0.00p and that is the gamble.
Any clues who has bought the shares or what they will do.
Beat me to it!
Holdings in Company
Nakama (AIM:NAK) has been informed that First Point Group Limited has sold all of its shares in the Company and consequently is no longer a shareholder.
You have to NT like I did when I bought.
Its only 5 buys today and went up 40%. Imagine when this got the volume, could be few pennies by January.
First Point having sold out could NAK now acquire FP. That's the RTO and FP have their quote rather than the potential TO of NAK. Crazy thought.
20 bagger on the cards.
I think so. Market love’s cash shell. Its a must for me. By all trades cash shell will go up.
I agree mate.
Its 800k shares short of the 35,280,240 sell but they are the only party with near the figure of shares sold (34,480,240), they either had an extra 800k shares tucked away or sold through their broker / 3rd party who then sold everything that they had to hand in the same trade.
Or the trade has been reported wrong and will be reprinted at some point.
Are we saying First Point are no longer holders?
RTO great news keeping hold of these.
whomever purchased them are buying in for the listing or to approve spin offs i assume
Thats them out : First Point Group 34,480,240 29.27%
