Well all i can say is there is a few loading up. Why?
I held MXP for years and have kept an eye on it ever since i sold in December of 2012 at around 4p. It always seemed like a worthy punt as it dropped but never bought back in due to the director named in my previous post. Thank god as it looks like the only people who were enriched are the BOD as usual.
How long have you held mxp for because ive never seen you on this board?
I sold my entire position in MXP as soon as Malcolm Butler came on board. Looks like I made the right decision. If only I had done the same with WSX my wallet would be a lot thicker. My opinion is to stay away from anything that has his stink attached.... and sell if he joins the BOD of any of your investments.
gotta cheap sp to get in here. banks will waive a paltry £2m payment surely. and AGR will come in with a revised offer no doubt. assets too big not to buy up here. been watching some massive buying going on last couple of days, surely not punt money?!! follow the money..
big buy being worked. MM's need shares.
Well, I got myself a few more. How about you?
The Directors of Max Petroleum currently believe that there is a reasonable prospect that ongoing discussions could result in a sufficient refinancing of the Company and, on that basis, have not put the Company into administration. However, there is only a short period remaining to achieve such a refinancing and if current efforts are unsuccessful then the consequences will be negative for all stakeholders in the Company. FROM THE RNS. Which means there is a reasonable chance though very risk. HIGH RISK HIGH RETURNS so it was said. IMHO. NB Do not make your decisions based on my opinion. DYOR
What are the chances of a turnaround .....
Might have a few more myself :)
Trade was well above the buy at that time .i think I will have a few more .

This is exactly why Siberbank need to structure if they want to see some return...otherwise they are destined to get a lot less and that is after a substantial period of time. It is defiantly on their interest to play ball...time will tell.
If they do manage to get their debt re-structured, they'll have played a blinder, as Sberbank are having a hard time due to current western sanctions.
Many were anticipating admin, however it appears they are still negotiating with Siberbank....this has to be good news...this could fly into 0.3 on further development. Could get very interesting Indeed...
Around the 0.13 mark, ready to go once we get some news....hopefully we'll get some positive news...!
Don't know if it's a good deal but the Chinese are buying in Kazak..... http://www.rigzone.com/news/oil_gas/a/137174/Roxi_Sells_Stake_in_Galaz_Contract_Area_to_Chinas_Xinjiang_Zhundong/?all=HG2 Poundland's just bought 99p stores maybe we could........................
