Whatever the fate of Max, my little plan has gone tits up as the FRR has decided to come out of it's stable and start wandering north. So any profits from here will be reduced 25% if they go back into FRR at it's current price. Oh well, que sera :)
I think we will hear something by Monday at latest. That will be 1 month since the initial Warning RNS, and the update on Mon also referred to there being a very limited time to agree something.
We should have a punt on which day we find out the fate of the company. After all, if you gambled into this, you'll gamble on anything :)
Farmed out nur-1 If not at first, certainly after they hit several problems, a cut of something is better than 100% of nothing! They should of brought shallow finds online much much quicker, and thus sold at export prices. Too many mistakes to mention. But not over just yet.....with the AGR deal and family on board, nur-1 could be a possibility again. We just need the bank to amend our debt terms
The other year we had intense drilling hitting oil on nearly every hole drilled for what so somebody else can reap the rewards. Its like lets get all these holes drilled we may run out of money but hey ho who cares cos you and me m8 will get jobs elsewhere when it goes tits up. I bet that drilling company who took shares instead of money are well and truly peed off , they've had the wool pulled over their eyes just like us shareholders .
Deceit is a criminal offence doesn't matter who where how and when . It is still the same if someones told you there is 100 million barrels of oil down there and you said ill buy it for x amount two weeks down the line you find theres only 5 million and you payed 20 times as much you aint going to be happy and i know what i would do.. would you do the same?
GOOD LUCK ALL
Well we all know the A.I.M market can be a Dangerous place to play ,BUT most investments are made on the bases of info from different places ,be it personnel ,web OR from the company in question , i know MXP have had there fair share of bad luck BUT i do think there has been a lot of Bull put out by MXP and we have all been sucked in ,But that is the A.I.M for you don't think there were many of us having our arms twisted to buy .i for one will be taking a big hit but it was me who bought the shares after reading up loads about MXP and the potential that could be ,Still think the Directors should be held responsible,or will they just go off in to the sunset with their FAT salaries BANKED GOD LUCK ALL
I believe roxi got opec in to finish the job. Good management call in help when they need it. But i still think mxp is good. They got into a bit of trouble with falling oil price. If they can buy themselves some time this will come good IMO. But if mxp wana sell out to rxp happy days as im invested there too. And you are right it was cleaning coil. I think they got most out and now waiting on a rns for flow testing. rxp will fly then imo. Don't forget rxp is 9X larger market value to mxp.
They didn't get drill stuck m8 they got a cleaning coil stuck due to high pressure. 7000psi but it still pumps 2000 bpd , wait and see when its cleaned proper.
And it still states need 20 mill to finish it you can't make it up. Get roxis team to drill afresh one at least they know what they are doing. Or con theories did they finish it and the rest was hush money. Even if or when this goes under ill be keeping tabs on what was our fields and see how much oil is pumped i have time on my side.
Roxi get half their drill stuck in the hole. I wish they spent 25million and got flow tests started that spend 11million and delay flow testing for months why they spend more money getting the stuck pipe out.
many thanks
Nur-1 went over budget and ended up costing $42m - roxi could of drilled 4 for that, plus we didnt even hit the bottom. Fiscal mismanagement
If there not making money whats there to pay. You got to make a profit first. What about all the losses they've incurred this year can they claim any of that back . I still wonder why rxp can drill a hole for 11 million dollars and ours was 25/30 million I'd be seeking out m young and see if any is stashed away somewhere.
Kazaks want there pound of flesh by the 5th
Why only tommorrow or Thursday left?
Like wise Everything crossed GLA
Concur with you mate. Fingers crossed. GLA.
Only tommorow or thursday left? exciting couple of days eh
Is there a case? I would need to look through the rns again to see how they worded the agr investment
On that charge yes you are quite correct and directors have opened themselves up to.legal action imo.
If we are doomed that is fine because that is the nature of the game ( UNREGULATED AIM), but just imagine what would have happened if they had announced change of brokers without suspending trading. Like myself I invested recently knowing fully well that it can pop so i am not really worried about loosing my £350 punt but I still have faith that something will work out. YOU SHOULD ALL HAVE FAITH as for LUCK, IT IS ON OUR SIDE. Nway fingers crossed. GLA
Should have kept the company up for sale till the deal with agr was signed sealed and deliverd.there should be a inquiry.
I agree, the way they handled the AGR deal was incompetent at best, max should of had them sign it straight away when we voted yes. But agr are still at the table and WILL invest as long as the bank plays ball and extends the maturity and terms of the debt. Not over here yet but its not looking great tbh. It comes down to the bank, if they play ball then everything else will follow imo
