I still estimate that I will lose about £298,700 less than Oil Spunker. It's days like this that make me feel like a winner.
Supertramp wrote a song about you! Should have been called W*nker! So you got out with £100k, yet lost £300k. Methinks you are full of bull sheet, as well as other peoples jizz!
True indeed. Here's the zinger though - I got out with 25% of my investment back because I sold out before MXP went lights out. I walked away from MXP with over $100K 3 days after I sold and the shares settled. You won't. MXP has got you bent over a rusty rain barrel with a firm two-handed grasp of your greasy mullet. And they are about to go to town on you and rabbit-punch you and elbow-bomb you in the back of the head during the ordeal. Think about what a chainsaw enema would feel like, because there is one running full throttle with MXP at the handle, and the tip of the high RPM blade is aimed directly at your poop shoot, and unlike the average Friday night rear-door ramming at your flat with HIVorsoreass at the yoke, you won't enjoy this one and can't call "Uncle" to bail out and make it all stop. MXP is about to blow out your candle. You'd better shake the dew off your lily because MXP is about to butter your bread. The writing is on the wall. The doomsday RNS is probably on the teletype machine already to send, just waiting for the Wordmsith of MXP to give the all clear. Death is in the air, the stench of MXP's gangrene stock grows closer each second. Will you be able to sleep tonight knowing that the end of MXP creeps close?
Well and truly rogered by Mxp.
and he was sodomised by mxp
As I said before, he's definitely ex public school. Probably been sodomised from a very early age and it now full of hate as to what has happened to him in his pitiful life.
:-)
On the bright side, you probably make more money per hole drilled than MXP does. Remember that the next time Coggy is giving you a high hard one for your 50 pence fee and smile big.
im not gay, i just do it for the money
happened,
Rather an immature comment from someone so learned!
What I don't get is - even if I were to completely agree with you, and fully write of my investment, what are you suggesting I do about it? I can't trade as it is suspended so I can't sell. So even if you are 100% correct what difference does it make? Either it comes good and it's happy days, or it disappears and I am in no worse position than I am now. What is the real point of your ramblings?
rns ina couple of hours would be nice
Good analysis. I didn't know about the 1 month stay of execution. Your explanation seems to match your moniker, i.e. logical.
Afternoon Gents, should we start retrading is anyone willing to donate a pound to my just giving page? Lets have a whip round lads and by our old friend a new shirt.
Anyone care give good old tom a kick?
With max ... Retrade or delist! Utter incompetence that they leave it right down to the wire regarding the 6 months suspension, they knew this is march and said a deal had to be done asap! Aim rule 41 can allow an extra 1 month on the suspension during special circumstances, hence 1st october the date they state. Good news that they didnt just delist and put us on the pink sheets. Shows they are at least trying to keep trading. I think its a done deal tbh, as they relisting of the shares goes hand in hand with the agr investment in order to get passed, so confident it will be passed... It could be any day or they might leave it to 1st october. Least we are certainlynot in admin yet - despite what some so called experts think here.
That's a hefty loss mate. It has £30k of mine from years gone by and will get another £28k if it all goes tits. Max has claimed many scalps, one of it's biggest being SpunkFunkDunk Techniq!
it is abit int it Coggy, i do wish id put more in tho
Once again Max are at the mercy of AGR, Max have got no options, but AGR can pull the plug if it suits them. The question is how strict is Rule 41 or are they trying to wrap it up this afternoon? I suppose we're lucky that Brent crude is above $50 at the moment. I just find it f....... annoying that us Pi's have had to put up with so much s...! Anyway rant over, I still think there will be something there at the end. I personally have put £92k plus into this stock since July 2009 and I would now be happy to get just a small fraction of that back. GLA
isn't it?
Two conditions remain: 1) obtain Kazakh approval 2) admit shares to trading Number 2 can only be met if the shares remain tradable, however the shares can only remain tradable if number 1 is met. They must have the Kazakhs lined up for approval in the event that the EGM was passed, so we may see this rushed through. If they weren't sure that number 2 could be met then they would have mentioned it already and advised of next steps after cancellation. Wouldn't be surprised to see a second RNS after close of play.
I know, but its just me, a punt like this tends not to pay off.
hmmm, we are not there yet....
Max Petroleum announces that all resolutions proposed at its General Meeting held earlier today relating to the proposed US$13.8 million Subscription by AGR Energy were duly passed. The Subscription remains conditional upon, inter alia, the following Conditions being satisfied on or before 1 October 2015 (or as extended by the mutual agreement of Max Petroleum and AGR Energy): (i) the Subscription Shares being admitted to trading on AIM; (ii) the Kazakh Regulatory Approvals being obtained. The Company's circular to Shareholders dated 13 August 2015 noted that, as a result of the uncertainty surrounding the Company's financial position, its ordinary shares have been suspended from trading on AIM since 2 March 2015. Pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, cancellation of admission of AIM securities will occur where these have been suspended from trading for six months. The Company is working to fulfil all relevant conditions for completion of the Subscription, and otherwise to publish information on its financial position, in order to restore trading and avoid cancellation of its ordinary shares from trading on AIM. A further announcement on this matter will be made as soon as practicable. There can be no guarantee that the Company's ordinary shares will not be cancelled. In the event that admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM is required to be cancelled, further information on the consequences of this will be provided to Shareholders.
