CEO and managing director Roby Zomer said the company was delighted with the positive clinical trial results for CimetrA, which paved the way for its IND submission to the FDA next year.
βThe potential addressable market for our anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating product is considerable and this represents a key milestone for the business,β he said.
Meanwhile, MXC recently received a vote of confidence in ArtemiC after receiving a second order worth $US1 million for the over-the-counter anti-inflammatory and treatment for moderate Covid-19 from AMC Pharma.
This company truly mean business. Unfazed by setbacks , delays, changes in market sentiment, and a challenging economic climate, IMO they will succeed. Go MGC!
If they did mean business, they would have broke even by now which was supposed to happen in 2022. Heading for the sewers im afraid
I'm 96% down on this if I can get half back i'm taking it, I expected more from the company I invested in, it had some much potential. gla
Diamond handing to the max
Was a motion passed today to sell the smeg up!??
Speaking of motions, I seem to recall an antipodean warning folk about this turd in 2021.
Well done mgc, another new low achieved, next 0.04, 0.03, 0.00? When i saw the "however" after the pretty fluff at the start of that letter, i was expecting to read "we are selling up" but no, so there is still life in it... for now. Somehow.
Think I read in some accounts a while back that Roby's salary was 600,000 AUD.
... By asking that question, you can only actually want to see yet another potentially great business go under. You really should feel ashamed of yourself.
Could not help but notice googles humour with the sp action today on their chart. Resembles the female genetalia between the legs hahahaha. Just me again.
Lovely bogroll change rns. Can i be nominated for director cos i sure want to direct this sp upwards
Hi, Does anybody know how to go about voting against the 1/1000 stock split I understand it has to be done by 4pm on the 23rd of October. bank of Scotland just sent me the link but I can't seem to understand how to do it properly. I was wondering if I post the link if somebody could have a look and explain how I would go about voting no for the stock split. Please help as I am trying to claw back some of my money. I also don't understand the placement shares and options the way the whole thing is worded also the proxy vote, next there's the resolution 1 and resolution 2 and you have to sign the form giving all your details but I'm not sure how to complete it properly as I don't know if it has to be done by crest or if I can just e-mail it or if has to be verified by somebody.
This is the link: https://www.investi.com.au/api/announcements/mxc/0dbab3b1-1bd.pdf
If anybody could please help explain this form and exactly how to complete it as I don't want to make any stupid mistakes like not getting it notarised or it has to be submitted in a certain way.I would also encourage everybody to vote who may not know about it.
Thank you in advance.
