Fundraising was always needed due to the cash the cash shell had in the bank. So I guess the questions should be:
1. Does the MTFB and Candidate team have the right skills and network
2. Is the Candidate and their product investable
In my opinion we cannot be buying some rag tag little company.
Irrespective of dilution and fund raising the conversation should surely be about who we joining up and what they want to 'market' to the world, and with the confidential fund raising sounds rather like a big thing to me. This has got very very interesting.
Ignore the word spring, that was a typo haha
This is encouraging news and shows the importance of being patient.
In regards to consolidation etc I bought some time before the suspension, but the SPRING halved again, so I'm hoping it isn't consolidated to the price before suspension (0.50p)
Roobler, basically my money back please !!!
@rooblertwo, let's hope we get a better deal. Like Mark said maybe 10-1 or 100-1. Fingers crossed!
Sorry Novice which one? Also, is that good or bad? haha cannot see the context
Need to free up some cash as i will be adding to support new sp. WHOOPIE
Roobler, I will be ****-a-hoop if that scenario pans out
@Kadlex - yes something VERY similar, however at a 400/1 consolidation and the valuation of the business it means the last investor prior to a 577 day suspension will get the same reward as an investor that invests on Friday.
So not m uch value, basically, my money back for a very long and high risk wait.
This is getting far more interesting and all will be revealed towards the end of this month..
First time ever felt confident here..
GL holders and all deserve the good news..
I guess it all depends what exact area of medicine and science it actually is as we're all slightly in the dark. But yes slightly excited now as I see this as a freebie now having written it off previously.
(advancing what we consider to be a compelling and value-creating RTO opportunity for Motif's shareholders.)
@rooblertwo, what do you think of this statement, did Bou say similar comments?
The only other rto I’ve been in was Attis oil and gas. The dilution was 236/1. I sold before the transaction at a small profit. Even at that dilution I would be x4 up if I had held.
Novice you're a funny guy.
Oon your none MTFB posts you generally talk sense and today is the first time you have on here.
@Mark - totally agree
Well I was kind of right... As they say a clock etc etc...
But agree with all now appears 95% certain to go ahead, someone get ready with the kiss of life!!
That’s more like it
; )
It’s not unheard of for some of these to work out extremely well. I’m not saying this one will be fantastic as the fall from grace has been severe but so long as the rto happens and it looks more certain now than at any other point that it will. We will end up with more than it’s currently worth. Then the decision as to what to do upon relist will be our next decision buy, hold or add.
Whatever they come up with over the next couple of weeks regardless of dilution and consolidation we will only know if we are going to see a decent return once this starts trading again in its new guise. Anyone to days boom it’s a 100 bagger or booooo we are gonna get shafted is guessing plain n simple.
Mark, I’ve always been a glass half empty type. Something is better than nothing I suppose.
gla
Well said Mark!
BOU we 400/1 for reference and the SP means the last in and first on day one get the same reward. Stinks like shafted investors.
Let’s hope we get a decent deal
What ??? People thought there wouldn’t be a raise ??? Dolloo you’ve had that sinking feeling since I bought in so not sure what to say on that.
There was always going to be dilution there will also be share consolidation as well. What’s important in fact from our point of view the only thing that’s important is the ongoing value of the rto candidate.
So we raise money and issue more shares and end up with 10/1 share consolidation, hell let’s go with an flippin awful 100/1 ( Arpida/Evolva was 4/1 btw) and someone with say 100000 shares ends up with 10000 or 1000 respectively but they start trading at 10-20p a share and it’s a great business that is set to grow. ……. Better or worse situation than right now?
Great news. We know its happening now!
Only time will tell. I got that sinking feeling.
This is fantastic news!
The incoming candidate will have and want their own team.
Only good news is JG is away that I can see......spanked the company into oblivion and now they're going to try and raise to assist the RTO..... who never saw this coming?
Good news...?
