LSE doesn’t allow the full link in one line and you will see gaps in the middle. Fill these missing letters as exactly of the letters written by the same address in the three lines below to fill the gap in the first one then google it to join

Strange that an email accounts can be taken down.
Why don’t you make a generic one like “blue.house.dog@“
Please, "Hasiba" ,have you considered my request for you to have a simple email address? That will make it easier for MTFB shareholders to contact you? Thank you.
Eileen , the investors didn’t think it was a good deal at 220/1 consolidation. They voted it down out of principle.
If it was a good deal then why couldn’t the greedy bod of given the shareholders a better deal ??
You starting to sound like one of the bod.
You do not make a loss up it is always a loss, fed up hearing that comment.
Tried your new address; did NOT work. Please choose a simple email address. Thanks'
No Ste, not angry, only disappointed at the possible missed opportunity we had with this RTO. After listening to their interview I saw a lot of potential in the company, might even invest in them when they find an alternate RTO.
No, not a lot invested approx £6000 in this but made it up many fold in other shares so not too bothered.
Just feel for the big-time investors who have lost so much.
The motifgroup@outlook.com has been taken down …tried to unlock it but no success.
Not sure if it is because of the (motif )name I used..
So please send me a private message to the Telegram I created. My last access was around 7 pm last night and the total holders shares were over the 5% required to call for EGM…

I'm confused Eileen by your anger here. How many shares did you have? To have a decent sum post consolidation, you must have had a lot.
The deal proposed was as close to getting nothing back, so why are you surprised people voted against, especially given the benefits the BOD were going to get out of it
"There was never any chance of an alternative deal, not least because AIM time limits required an immediate delisting after the RTO ."
AMENDMENT:
AIM time limits required an immediate delisting after the RTO was aborted.
How could you possibly think we would get a better deal? Been in many RTO's and pretty much not a possibility .
Think it's yourself who was confused and delusional if you imagined your bullying tactics were going to work with the BOD.
Anyway never put all my eggs in 1 basket and will leave you to a now lost cause.
HaHaHa - Rosie you have the nerve to talk about Bitter . Being the biggest advocate of the no vote and repeatedly telling everyone gonna get a better deal (how did that work out for you) and please tell how many pennies you had invested here.
Voting done and no point of the blaming match….
It’s irrelevant now and achieves nothing.

You obviously did not have a lot of skin in the game that you can shout out principles.
And if you want to see real greed, try watching a few of these other BB's where everything is agenda ridden, posters who don't care how much money other investors lose with their lies, as long they can bag their 10%. **** they would sell their own granny.

I know another Eileen and you are just as empty-headed as she is.
No one wants finger pointers here, what is done is done, and is was the right outcome.
So it's time to 'Jog on Eileen'
(p.s Filtered)
To fail to attempt to negotiate .
Even McGahey , Scargill and McCluskey and opposition Boards and Governments knew the had to negotiate - What made this lot think they were any different .
2 fold - 1 , They thought we were mugs .
2, If it fails " we still have the iclaprim - even if in a funny sort of way .
So enough of your babble trying to blame the un- blameable
Also been here before 2016 but averaged down a lot. Would just have loved to see how this RTO would have played out in a year or so, unfortunately won't have the chance.
Eileen- People like you never cease to amaze me .
Like when Polly blames Basil when she fell asleep.
The Directors tried to work US over for thier Greed .
We are supposed to bow down and accept that .
The reason AND ONLY reason that this RTO failed was due to thier Greed - nothing to do with our " cutting of our nose to spite our face " .
They " looked at 30 candidates " more like 29 of them chased them when they looked at what was proposed . Why would they even bother when they knew what the outcome would be .
So they managed to persuade a " young girl " that what they were offering was for the " good and better"
So give it a rest , place the blame where the blame lies - the failure of the RTO was plain and simple , crystal clear - Greed of the board and stubborness to attempt to try and offer an olive branch .
Thats where the blame lies and will always lie .
I would have lost 95% of the value of my original investment had I accepted the deal so I am quite proud that shareholders were able to vote such a terrible proposal down.
I'm amazed it made it to a vote at such an awful level of consolidation.
So eileen13, my original investment began in Motif in 2016 and I had a total investment of £8,500 at the time the FDA rejected approval of Iclaprim, even though it was widely expected to be approved given it was all being ‘hand held’ by the FDA to approval. From that point and up until shares were recently suspended, my shares were worth less than £200 and if this RTO was approved as it was, dilution would’ve literally left me with nothing and any new vehicle formed if it was approved would’ve had to have multiplied the share value x8500 for me to be even. That’s why it was a no brainier to vote no for me. At least if I’d been robbed on the street, I would’ve been able to see the face of the thieves but that’s not the case here!!
Hi
