Dont come round that often on aim
Cant see any benefit for us investors if there was a takeover especially if the start offer was 24p
All very good, an offer for a start of no less than the highest share price over the preceding 12 months. Shareholders would get to vote on this and there can always be a counter offer the starts a bidding war.
What effect would a takeover have for investors. Good or bad?
and right analysts are looking over this at that presentation. As you can all see here, the market cap is way to low for such a business
Hi Phirpo. It would definitely be worth going to but I doubt there would be much extra information apart from more detail on the numbers involved regarding transaction volumes and maybe future projections etc.
Mi-pay clients include Vodafone, StarHub, Globe, Sun, Telefónica, Three, Tesco, ****hone Warehouse and Mobile by Sainsbury’s.! Taken from their website.. Very Confident Here.! GLA :)
Hi Tom, do you think that the analysts meeting might offer additional information to investors?
It's all good guys. Nothing of worry here whatsoever. Transaction values up and new lines of business too. Healthy cash position and I like being invested in such a well run company. Evening here now and I am going to get a little shitfaced.
Thanks phirpo hope to gradually get up to speed with you guys
Does anyone know if we get updates on today's investor meeting?
What Happened RNS was Great.! New Contract on Stream early 2018.! GLA :)
The buy price is now practicality at yesterday's opening price.
11 a.m today
Can anyone tell me when the investor show is on thank you
For me, the main takeaways from these results are 1) the 12% increase in transaction value in H1, 2) the improved margins on transactions (63%), and 3) the reduced fraud component on transactions in H1 (0.11% to 0.04%). Market still digesting but when you think about the operational performance in the context of a new service base getting embedded, I think the steep drop today is overdone, so I'm defo in for a few more.
I so wish i had more funds as this price is incredible value following today's RNS!
Will we get the news from the analyst meeting today or is that just for the ears of the analysts?
Interesting to see where today's (mid price) support level lies. Before it was about 12p, and so far today 14.5p has been the support. If 14.5p holds this week, then IMO the signs on the horizon are looking good for a recovery back towards the 18-20p resistance point over the next few weeks. GLA.
Mms still taking it down
After all, the market cap is still only £6m.but to get it noving upwards quickly, the company needs to keep the market informed at regular intervals, as other companies have shown with similar resources. There is plenty more news to come here in the next few weeks and months more, I'm sure, so this is a great entry price IMO
Typo - real value to be had at these levels!
My buy was at 8.19. I bought 2462 shares it shows as a buy as well
That's more like it - a buy of 38k shares just went through at 16.2p. Real value to verify had at these subdued levels.
Oh well, the positive is that I have just had a (very very final) top up at 15.7 :-). There is no way that this can stay low after such a fab RNS and with investor update to come!
