Watched this go through 11p in 2012/2013 and all the way down to 0.6p It's been painful seeing the 90pct LOSS in my portfolio for years. The only reason I didn't sell out was due to the huge LOSS it wasn't worth it. Come on tym give it a another 200pct all is forgivenLEGWould
Mr fool and leggersToday 12:24Why you don't have the any knowledge about the business. Administrative expenses were 326,000 (2016: 259,000). The increase resulted primarily from an increase in Directors' fees to 82,000 (2016: 16,000) and the rental of office space at a cost of 34,000 (2016: nil). Travel expenditure also increased to 33,000 (2016: 24,000) and there was a one-off increase associated with IT work to 6,000 (2016: 1,000). Offsetting items included a smaller foreign exchange loss due to the holding of a portion of cash balances in US$ and a reduced audit fee. Expense difference has been explained above. Now you jumped to the conclusion we didn't but I went to 2016 RNS so what is this 171k is all about? Look what I found. Administrative expenses were 259,000 (2015: 231,000). Within Administrative expenses, share based payments charges rose to 49,000 (2015: 25,000) due to the extension of the life of certain warrants and the grant of incentive based warrants to certain advisers. Directors' cash fees rose to 16,000 (2015: 2,000). There was a 16,000 (2015: nil) foreign exchange loss due to the deterioration of the Sterling against the US$ in relation to a US$ denominated loan of US$250,000 from Alcazar 1 Pte. The rises in Administrative expenses was offset by falls in travel expenses to 24,000 (2015: 42,000) and legal, audit and professional fees to 100,000 (2015: 110,000). Excluding the non-cash element of share based payment charges, depreciation and the foreign exchange loss, cash administrative expenses were lower at 192,000 (2015: 204,000). I found the 100k was actually used for prof fee. 2016. There must not be much changed so didn't mention like 2015 AND 2016. What about the home work ADMIN EXPENSE? You didnt , NAUGHTY NAUGHTY. HERE we go.I got for you from internet so you don't argue. Accounting staff wages and benefits Building rent Consulting/professional expenses =100k taken from 2016 as no difference mentioned. I think he's taken another depressive pill, but has put him on a high, so all over the place.
Mr fool, you read my post , yesterday my post you just saw . There was little homework too did you notice too. Home was to know what ADMIN EXPENSE IS? You didn't find out NAUGHTY NAUGHTY. 67k was just game I put you with small note just to see you how much you trumpet around. Your director and business doesnt doesnt impress me much. I can see much of failure statements by you? Who do you think we are? People here can be very high profile normal hardworking or looser like you not invested moaning without any knowledge on top of that failed to make any profit in 5 years .while other did. You mentioned you were .I tell you I am but I normally don't try to boost this . You actually don't have Sence or any far vision off business at all.
So no figures then, just old figures. It just shows you how you work. Negative, racist and a depressive. Life is not good for you, go to the doctors and get help.
So no updated asset figures for virtualstock then
How much would you think would have been good seeing the RNS and 171k. Board is eagerly waiting how much more on could have been little accepted .from 171. No exact figure. Rage of figure would be accept . Just other minor expenses. Thanks
As a director and well experience in business. What do you think how much more you have accepted likely please just raugh figure. Nothing exact . Just a opinion. 171k is lot. Roughly.
look in the Final AUDITED results to see As at the year end, non-current liabilities were nil (2016: 30,000). These liabilities relate to a facility taken out in 2010. The facility bears no interest and has no fixed repayment terms, however, repayment may be requested from 5 August 2017. As a t 31 March 2017 30,000 was recognised within current liabilities. This was the loan that Karim took out with a @certain investor ? (whatever that mean) who then became "warrant holder" of 180m shares....which the warrant holder sold straight away. Nice 1 karim, you haven't even paid that loan back yet (that we didn't even need to take out)
yes there are figures on that on.... ive told you where to find them and ive posted them in black and white on this BB.... are you a little slow pal ? Regards the only ever successful investment by this firm in its entire existence it would seem that VS is a loss maker and are unwilling to tell the market any details of contracts, which is fine I guess, unless you rely on news for the SP to rise in LEG (Because VS is the only ever successful investment) It is valued at the same price as the last investment. Notion and Legendary both invested at a value of 67m That is the value. Something only has value if someone is willing to pay that value for it, so the value wont change until someone invests at a higher valuation than 66m, now I have answered your questions, please answer one or 2 of mine..... Are you happy with those admin expenses ? do you think that is a reasonable ammount of investors cash to be spending in one year ? Where do you think the un-explained portion (#174k) was spent ?
Okay so no figures on that one. Can.you give me the asset figures on virtualstock, now we have won a few more contracts and gone live with the NHS,
These are the company results you have them as well pal. They are Taken from the RNS, they cover wages and expenses for both directors. It is not clear if they are both working full time for Leg since reuner is involved in other business that has no interest for Leg whatsoever. The administration expenses are disgusting.
You seem to have all the figures superlucky79 which is great. Please can you give me the figures of Tom Reuner, that's wages, travel and admin expenses as i believe he is looking at other projects for Legendary Investments and as you know he was the one who found Virtualstock.
i am not interested in making false claims, if I made a mistake I will be happy to admit that. so 326,000.00 in Admin expenses Travel 33k + wages 82k + Office cost 34k + PC Cost 6k (one off increased IT work )=155k 326k - 155k = 171k So Z.Karim has managed to spend 171,000.00 of investors money on ADMIN Expenses (not including office rent, travel, wages and IT costs) Where does the -67k come from in your post ? Listen pal, you dont know me, if you did you would know that i run my own business for 7 years. i am still a director but i am not working right now as the oil and gas market had a downturn. So i know about accounts and allowable expenses. There is no way in HELL that you can justify 171k in admin expenses. it is a joke. plain and simple. This was supposed to be an investment company...... no a blank cheque for karims living expenses, please explain how you manages to subtract 67k from the expenses ? i missed that in any case, even if you were right, 104k is still ridiculous for this tiny little firm that has minimal comitments, doesnt produce anything and actually has no income what so ever
Earlire post , i mentioned you didnt have the knowledge about the business and about board laughing on you was because you didnt actuall know what ADMIN EXPENCE cover? You were stuck on 3/4 things. Please google now dont winge.i am quite surprised you didnt know and just doing accusion and blame .104k not 174k. Now you will twist and turn and lead to another question. ADMIN expense cover various thing GOGLE GOGGLE . Previous post is yours i copy and paste with little correction. I have corrected according to the AUDITED result you didnt read i read.
THIS IS YOUR POST I HAVE JUST AMENDED IT. HOPE THIS HELP. Admin for 2017 - 329,000.00 wrong its 326k so from the sept 2017 rns (AUDITED) Travel 33k + wages 82k + Office cost 34k + PC Cost 6k (one off increased IT work )=155k Grand total of 155k ) Offsetting items included a smaller foreign exchange loss due to the holding of a portion of cash balances in US$ and a reduced audit fee.326k-259k= 67k (Please dont winge) Yes the admin expenses claimed were 329,000.000 WRONG its 326k Where has the difference gone ? its massive 329k - 155k = 174k WRONG Missing in the Expenses account (incomplete details) 326k-155k-67k=104k where the hell has the extra 174,000 gone ? WrONG its not 174k but 104k ? Q. Can anyone explain ? maybe ive just missed a massive one of cost out of perhaps he is eating at top restaurants each night of the year ? Ans.Due to the lack of your lack of your knowledge about the business operation .Simply go to the google and type ADMIN EXPENSE. Now please lets not get in to something like god and allah. Just to get your frastraution and poke somebody here. People here have diffrent belif and culture. All dont have the same humour. Your post was actually left with no peply as we all are laughing on you. Everyone, know it but you could not figure out. You have reason to be angry and blame others becase of your fantasy dream. Fantasy life. Your questioned raised raised about 174k gives us the idea that you dont have any business exprienced and jumping to the conclusion blaming other is foolishness. Your skill of copy and paste without understanding, making twist and turn about other articles , trying to tell story by the heading and raising some very unnessary points. When involved physically its diffrent then reyling on your fantasy theory. Little heads up. 174k do not change or blah blah .
Good morning, lets leave this topic about Gods and Allah. This might take thing in to different direction. I know your are trying to poke on me but some might take it serious due to the cultural and belief differences. I was actually reading your post on my computer never before only on my phone, various reasons. You raised the question about the admin expenses. I left it there for on the board so people can see how fool you are and intension to be here. Your ego and frustration. This clearly tells me that you have no experience in business physically as a investor you come to the conclusion without a second thought. Accusation, to other anyone who ever don't agree with your opinion.
Google translate from outer Mongolian to English ? What in gods name (allah ? ) are you on about ? i cant even understand what you write. how about the extra 174k spend on "ADMIN" (on top of salary, travel expense, office rent and PC Costs) where do you think the 174k went ? what was it spent on ? do you understand ? if you dont know the answer of you have no ideas, then you are like me.... totally confused how a company with no active product of anykind, can burn 330k in admin, while earning ZERO i would love to know. does anyone have a suggestion of where 174k was spent ? please help me out here
I would make it easy to understand. Right now I am busy so hope you won’t mind little waiting. By the time please enjoy. Sometime little acceptance would be better if reasonable views. Thanks.
Admin for 2017 - 329,000.00 so from the sept 2017 rns Travel 33k + wages 82k + Office cost 34k + PC Cost 6k (that's a sweet PC) comes to a grand total of 155k yes the admin expenses claimed were 329,000.000 where has the difference gone ? its massive 329k - 155k = 174k Missing in the Expenses account where the hell has the extra 174,000 gone ? can anyone explain ? maybe ive just missed a massive one of cost out of perhaps he is eating at top restaurants each night of the year ?
