Hi Steve,
I've written this off now (painful experience). Doubt if we will get our money back. Been waiting for good news for years!! Will believe it when I see it. Not getting my hopes up.
I should say I can say no more.
We should have some very good news in the coming months.
I will say no more.
Hi Sean
We are certainly overdue some luck here.
ATB Steve
thanks for the reply Steve.
I've since regained access to my old shares account which is where my LDP shares sit, it says 1815 as opposed to the 18154 my LSE portfolio says I had, I guess they did some for of reduction back in 2011/12.
Still if this turns into an IPO I believe it is a minimum of $2 per share.
Possibly a good outcome some decade later.
Good luck all.
Hi Sean.
If our nxt investment went to say £2 million divided by shares in issue would be about .006p a share. A million shares being worth about £600.
Hope nxt ipo still happens and soon.
An rto into Leed would be ideal. We have a few million in allowable tax losses.
Similar to the recent Attis oil/ Helium one merger.
This way we would just be allocated so many nxt tec shares for every Leed share we hold.
Here’s hoping for some good news soon on nxt projects etc.
They certainly look good on their website.
any idea what each share would be valued at?
or is it a complete guess at this stage?
Here's hoping, I have held these for nearly 10 years.
Hoping that nxt projects take off big time.
Imo ipo this year. Should see our investment up many times.
Are there any more updates or positive news from this company? Been a long time.
I would think just send your updated details to the registrar as shown on the leed home page.
Also tell them your old details.
You could contact computashare although they may charge you.
Still hoping for some good news soon.
Nxt tec looks a very good company.
I have a bunch of LDP shares from many years ago when I was looking to dabble in shares, but when it dived it kind of put me off and I just left it - still a tiny little bit of hope in there though looking at recent posts on here!
I've had the AGM stuff posted to me over the years, but moved house recently and wondered if I needed to update my shareholder details somehow? I'd hate to miss out if something big happens this year :D I've got a Computershare certificate in front of me for the shares, is this even valid any more now they are not trading? What do I need to update so I don't get left out?
thanks :)
Thank you Steve
They are definitely trading.
Last years available sales income shows over $5 million US dollars.
Could have got more information but d&s wanted quite a sum just for a few figures.
Not sure what year the sales figure refers to but probably 2019 fy.
Let’s hope the postponed ipo gets moving again.
IMO Leed will have a major part to play given their tax losses.
Nxt could easily pay for them to be relisted on the London aim market and then rto into them.
Yes still looking in hope all well at your end.
Where has this year gone, one to forget I think.
Nxt are still in business as far as I can make out but little news on any projects.
Our board have to come up with something soon.
They need to at least relist and have another company rto.
I am invested currently in helium one. I held scir which in turn holds a stake. I then heard about Attis oil being rto into helium one so purchased Attis which then got converted into helium one shares. Doing ok.
Hope the board can deliver something soon as the money in the bank will run out within a year or so.

Steve
Hi Steve, still looking in and hoping for something down the line.
Hi Sean
Seems you purchased your shares at about 2.75p each. They have been delisted for a few years now so until the time comes that they are realised your shares cannot be traded. They are probably not even worth much anyway.
They have an investment in nxt tec take a look very interesting. They were going to do an IPO but then covid came along at the wrong time.
Follow the link on the leed resources website.
Hopefully they will get resisted one day.
I'm hoping for an rto into leed giving nxt tec a london market listing which is what they have stated they want
Hi guys, not very experienced and have some questions if you don't mind?
I bought LDP shares a very long time ago, maybe 2011. Kind of forgot all about it.
On my LSE Portfolio it says I have 18,154 shares bought for £500 and a loss of £500.
I see on 23/Jan/2015 all shares were bought at £0.09 each. Would this mean I would get 18,154 x £0.09 = £1633 or is it really £0?
I'm trying to get access into my old Halifax share dealing account but its proving slow.
Hoping you guys with more knowledge can assist.
Appreciate any help
is this company still live since investing in www. nxt .com
Still alive but only just kicking.
Hopefully nxt ipo this year or early next year.
See Leed website for link.
is this company still live
It has been many year haven’t looked to this boardroom. I have actually given up the day it went off.
First share i bought. It gave me 9 times in two weeks.
I am still holding good few millions . Missed this share but unfortunately moved on.
Good to see with opinion . Gl all.
Should be to wait and see.
Good evening to you.
I think that is the only option here to edit and see.
Looking at the nxt business it looks really good.
Just unlucky that covid came along when it did.
Australian government is spending billions to revive their economy.
I maybe mail mr zorab and put it to him about an rto and tax losses that can be used.

Steve
Well would be great if you are right ref an RTO. Just have to wait I guess as always. Not sure what the next move is Steve,. wait? That about it really unless you hear anything from CZ in the future
