Must be plenty of folks who have been missing out on the steady upticks coming from KBT, since the almighty drop, seeing as the last prior post here is now over 3 months old.
Moving in the right direction. Do you have any other 'sell' recommendations I can buy?
Recent comment noticed elsewhere....is rise due to this? "KBT - anyone noticed the very recent consecutive days RNS's, of increased holdings... Richard Griffiths....to 9.55% Liontrust...... to 11.4% Do your own checks - is the total of the above a magical number..... 20.99%....?"
Yesterday's announcement of an appreciable stake appears to be the same individual who has built a significant position in Communisis. He seems to favour IT focussed stocks which have reported less than sparking performance. Maybe he sees past the current trading difficulties and identifies future value.
They were buys , so interesting always DYOR, and be careful
There should be a RNS soon and that will tell us which way it was
Why does this mean they are sells? In Key I trust
They were sells. Look at the times.
Buys!
Jam cancelled.
Jam tomorrow........maybe.
anybody else not getting a quote to sell
...today is very disappointing. The BOD need to keep a grip - starting by removing some of the underperfoming members - and start to deliver from what they state to be a "leading supplier" of "world class software".
Solid results announced today. All looks good for the future.
Solid results announced today. All looks good for the future.
*isn't considered...
don't understand why this announcement is considered worthy of an RNS
K3 Business Solutions wins a full house with deal to implement and supply New Microsoft Dynamics AX for Rank Group’s Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casino businesses MANAGEMENT of Rank Group’s financial systems governing retail and digital businesses will be improved thanks to a partnership between Rank and K3 Business Solutions (K3BS). The deal will implement and supply New Microsoft Dynamics AX to replace two general ledger systems. The deployment of New Microsoft Dynamics AX, will enable Rank Group’s Financial Shared Services to improve the management and reporting on financial performance across approximately 140 retail sites as well as Rank’s fast-developing online operations. Joanne Gordon, Director of Financial Shared Services, said: “We felt that New Microsoft Dynamics AX was the best fit solution following a detailed review of its functionality and that it was already successfully working in businesses with multiple high street premises but also online operations. “We carried out a very robust assessment of our user and business requirements and AX proved to be the best fit. “We chose K3 Business Solutions because we could see they worked had with retail and leisure businesses and we didn’t have that level of implementation capability in-house. The complexity comes from our multi-site structure and we needed a provider with that experience.” K3BS has more than 25 years’ experience in delivering integrated business management systems such as New Microsoft Dynamics AX and works with a number of well-known manufacturers and High Street brands. Phil Snowe, K3BS Microsoft Dynamics AX Sales Consultant, said working with the Rank Group was a significant win for the organisation. “It’s a massive win for the group in terms of order size and scope of deployment,” he said. “Rank has hundreds of users across the UK and we are confident that the implementation of a single ERP in the form of New Microsoft Dynamics AX will greatly improve their business. This win is also great news for Microsoft in the UK.” Mecca Bingo is Rank Group’s community-gaming brand for the British market, with more than one million customers a year and a national portfolio of venues, as well as gaming websites and apps that are growing in popularity. Grosvenor Casinos also serves more than one million customers a year through venues across the UK, with two also in Belgium, as well as online. Glad you here. I've felt like the only one interested in this growth story.
Strong looking chart. Just been tipped by Simon Thompson in the IC - http://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/2016/06/20/comment/simon-thompson/plug-and-play-with-k-XykWyLUXUeOmFuCvOQzNFK/article.html
Good looking bolt-on acquisition announced today.
Positive report today, with increase in profit and reduction in debt. Suspect market will be nervous at indication of further possible acquisitions.
Nicely positive statement showing that the business is moving in the right direction.
