Yep ,if they do get saved at the last minute then who knows ,3000 jobs at stake .
Mileage in this...cos if there was no hope they would have suspended by now! Also, RNS implies they’re will be trying until the 11th to recur deal..it appears there is some hope at least dyor but very high risk!
You’ve been loyal throughout. Hope you get rewarded
"Would not be surprised then to see government intervention"
As a debt holder I'd like that! As shareholders have failed to bail the business out, but it's very unlikely.
If there was chance of a government bail out the debt wouldn't be yileding 25%.
If there's a chance of a debt vehicle taking over the reigns why would the governemt step in? Just to save shareholder? I think not.
Not selling...yet!
The fat lady voice can hardly hear it but definitely singing!
What are the main shareholders doing? It’s been extremely quiet from them so far. Are we to understand that they are going to quietly lose their entire stakes without a fight?
A lot going on behind the scenes
Same reason people have been buying Hertz over the last two weeks despite being bankrupt and more recently Wirecard, people trying to bank a quick profit on a day trade. With a spread of around 10-15%, hardly worth taking that risk.
There will be a couple of really annoyed people today who put £35k @2.5 and £10k at 2.03.....
Absolutely gutted!!
I think that time is done, of you got in at 1.2-1.4p (if it was possible earlier) and get out in the next half hour, otherwise it's super risky here! Criminal if they release subsequent RNS saying only joking! We've sorted it all out with an asset sale! SP will fly if that happens though ha
I am thinking the same. This could go either way and if ur on the right end of it u will get something back. I personally think something may come of it. Too much to lose on a wider scale if this collapses. As you said if this was completely dead then this would have been suspended. Fingers crossed it pays off and they sort a deal out.
Maybe this will be Rishiscued at the eleventh hour, a few more tens of billions on the national debt won't make the slightest difference as they won't be repaid anyway!!!!
I meant to say free funds include sale amount, so have been credited the money from sale.
Nt to stop folk losing cash
Price now gone up..amazing..was planning to buy for 1p
on a measly £500 buy I got an NT and only offered £170 worth but they are willing to buy them off you for 3p plus. Work that out !!
INTU will Survive!!!
Tried £200 still NT,
Would there be anything left over for o. share holders?
Dodger,
Thanks. My free funds are reflecting the same. Presume therefore it is now settled. Someone must have bought? Wonder who is buying. Do they know something we don't?
Seems to me that we still have one last roll of the dice. If it was curtains then the shares would have been suspended from the beginning of the day but clearly there are still frenzied discussions taking place. This morning’s update pushes the ante up further so the pressure is now red hot. Would not be surprised then to see government intervention now or some other sort of last minute solution.
Buying now is clearly only for the brave but the return could be impressive if someone puts a deal down today.
still trying ,still NT...for £300 ffs!
Price has gone up now ppl buying
NT to buy £300?
Small exposure to the senior secured debt, yield to maturity c25%.
May consider options for adding more, but only in a small "punt' way.
This one doesn't have shareholders holding a big position in the cap table, so noise coming from the listing might just be that, noise.
Not enought to worry me either way, but if there's an indication of it becoming a debt holder lead vehicle and they don't default - that 25% suggests debt markets don't think it's a total right off - there might still be money to be made. Just not in the equity.
Some still buying when it’s clearly finished ,any buys will be lost at 4.30pm
