Sadly no, I had emailed few times, no reply.
Has anyone else been lucky?
still no update from the board
.
Maybe this company was all about fracking....rip.
I would suggest that we can say that they have failed and this company is now dead. It won’t come back now
I think you only have to look at how poor the communication has been from this company to understand why nothing has been achieved for years!
Hi Gerwyn. What has happened my investment here?
they must be doing the work in the back ground as they would not reply to emails if they were not . lets hope this gets resolved quickly
Hi Stress
Thanks for the update . Its good to hear the company are still looking to relist .
maybe folks should ease off in the attacks on the company and let them do their work despite the very slow process.
Your email of Thursday 17th June has been received.
Before responding to the substance of your request, we wish to make it clear that the implication contained in that e-mail is utterly without foundation, outrageous and possibly defamatory as far as the Company’s Directors are concerned.
Let us now turn to the situation faced by the Company. As we told you on the 29th January, it goes without saying that COVID and the low oil prices had a serious effect on the relisting process and stymied everything we were trying to do; it has proved impossible to raise the necessary funds and obviously without funding the Company cannot list. As COVID has progressed, it has changed the global outlook towards hydrocarbons and it has become more and more difficult to raise funds for standalone oil and gas transactions. The Board has therefore responded by taking a broader view of the company’s business focus and you will appreciate that this takes time. We are not giving up, we are trying to find ways around a problem.
There is currently no regulatory requirement for announcements and no announcements are being made due to Confidentiality Agreements that are in place covering negotiations. Any hostile and disruptive conduct by you could result in a deferred or totally derailed listing process, it could therefore be anticipated that all shareholders’ value would be put at risk.
As far as the SFO is concerned, they are there to investigate fraud not commercial issues.
We understand that this lengthy process has been frustrating for everyone but please bear with us while the Board continues to do its very best to complete the transaction and listing.
Regards,
Infinity Energy Limited
I contacted in January and April with the answer that it is still going through, i think thee are delay tactics as even with Brexit and Oil price and Covid they said to be close two years ago.
Why do the SFO not investigate?
I contacted Eran Z a few months back. He’s in the dark and as frustrated by everyone else by this IMO.
Are we not shortly going to reach a point where GW will need to throw the towel in, admit defeat and tell us that we’ve lost our money?
I do wonder whether there is scope to relist on the basis of a shell/SPAC still. I think this would have to be with a relevant board and not those we have already who are clearly specialists in a particular field.
What I would do to just get what I invested back…
Has anyone made any contact with company or broker? thanks.
I have lost track of the last time we had an update from this company, the really need to update on where they are now
i think your mixing up companies there . go back and do your research again .
https://pokemonlp.fandom.com/wiki/Infinity_Energy
Infinity Energy is a type of energy in the Pokémon world derived from the life force of Pokémon. It was developed and harnessed by the Devon Corporation. Its development also involved research into Mega Evolution.
3,000 years prior to the events of Pokémon X and Y, AZ's Floette died in a war. AZ created a machine to revive his Floette, powered by the life force of many Pokémon. His rage was not settled though, so he converted the machine into the ultimate weapon and used it to end the war. This energy is what Professor Sycamore believes is what makes Mega Stones work. Specifically, when the weapon was fired, the power of the beam radiated the energy of XerneasX/YveltalY across the region and infused itself into these stones. Prior to the events of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Mr. Stone's grandfather, the previous president of the Devon Corporation, learned of the ultimate weapon and wished to use the same energy to help people and Pokémon. This led to Devon developing Infinity Energy. The use of this energy made Devon one of the top industries in Hoenn. Many things have since been powered using the energy, such as Submarine Explorer 1 and the rockets launched from the Mossdeep Space Center. The Devon Parts were also parts to help make the submarine run on Infinity Energy.
In the Delta Episode, a rocket full of Infinity Energy was to be launched to teleport the incoming asteroid to another dimension, prior to Zinnia preventing the launch.
Confidential documents can be found in Sea Mauville stating that Dock investigated the Devon Corporation, finding that they had used Pokémon bioenergy to create Infinity Energy.
I'd say that was a waste of your time reading it if they did !
There is no money to be made here, as Gerwyn has taken care of that.
You may have a small chance of getting your money back if you can sit on the refresh button waiting for a deal to materialise, but when that will be ?
You can only hope.
But what I see here if this ever relists is a severe devaluation of your holdings.
You will be lucky to get 10%, I truly believe it.
the company needs to keep investors informed of what is going on its getting to be more than a joke now
That said, where is Fyoz lately ?
If anyone has any partizan optimism, its that guy !
I miss him.
I miss my money I put in here too, but not as much as Fyoz, that guy really made me laugh !
I'm still nursing my hyperthetical wounds gained by that silly vote that launched GW's wealth (nominal) from roughly 20% of the company to around 90% !
if there was ever to be any success profit wise the voting guys gave it all away to him ! Now that is almost the biggest F up of the century in anybody's book, if they had any braincells to work it out that is.
The next episode in this saga will be ( if it ever relist's that is) willbe the new ordinary share issue and the raising of funds all at your further expense.
You cannot make this stuff up but its all true.
I learned this the hard way but at least I have something to show for it ( burnt fingers and a good knowledge of AIM )
If GW is after given up on Inft maybe he should redistribution his last share allocation back to current shareholders pro rata as part of that deal was to relist the company with new assets... which has at this point failed...and current shareholders take over the running and relisting of the company.
Yeah seems GW has lost motivation to drive infinity forward .. maybe its his age or health
The questions are why he bothered filing accounts? and when and for what will the next fundraise? The pictures I saw of him a few years ago did not suggest a healthy man. I hope he is ok for all our sakes.
GW don't spend it all at once.
£10 (ten quid)
how do the accounts look ... how many millions in the bank
