From a contributor on the INFT twitter message board yesterday:-
Dear Marion
The Board is pursuing a transaction and will make an announcement when possible.
Regards,
Infinity Energy Limited
The directors seem to be gone into a deep sleep for the last few months ... is there any update from the company recently
Totally agree Ginsky. Is there anyway legally we can get answers to what is happening. It seems the board do not seem interested in progressing the company. Government is grating licenses all over country to expore with the possibility of extracting gas and oil while,it seems, our board are doing sod all.
there cant be too many excuses left the board can use ... oil prices sky high , gas / oil shortage in europe ... uk government desperate for oil particularly uk oil ... what are the board doing ... if they cant be bothered let shareholders take over the board and get things moving
The country is crying out for oil and gas to be self suficient if they cant raise funds now it just goes to show how good our so called assets are.
The politically correct green morons will not allow it.
Too many stupid people have a voice...
Unless ! of course, the narrative changes ??? We live in hope.

Thanks te1970 for the information from board of inft. Getting the company relisted should be a priority as I believe this would lead to funding. A good business plan would attract investors. All we can do at the moment is hope the board can take advantage of the position the country is in regarding oil and gas.
Kind regards
Dear ......
Sorry about the delay in reply.
The Board is still presenting and trying its best to raise funds. COVID has subsided and the oil prices are high but there is still not an appetite for funding the listing of an oil and gas business. The invasion of Ukraine has affected the way investors are thinking but it has highlighted the dependence on Russian oil and gas supplies to the UK as well as the importance of self-sufficiency in terms of hydrocarbon developments in the UK. The Board is still trying its best to get the company listed.
Regards,
Infinity Energy Limited
Has anyone heard from anyone on inft board. If we are to become a fracking company we need to get relisted ASAP so if funds are needed they can be raised on the open market. Fracking seems to be back on the agenda and needed short term to supply our energy needs. Inft could have a great future but the board needs to get going...fast
So IGas did a 63% increase last week from a MC of £36m. Why on earth are we not seeing any life in INFT as of yet???
IGas are saying they can get gas to 125,000 homes within 1 year. Granted, they’d already started construction so are ahead of the game.
Didn’t INFT start to focus on ways of identifying sweet spots for shale and improved extraction? This could be huge for us as the industry looks to placate anti-fracking sentiment.
So many questions but the main one is ‘when are we going to step in and take advantage’???
I was actually watching LindellTV, when it was mentioned about the Fracking in America.
The idiot and puppet LETS GO JOE BRANDEN, signed away all new drilling, shut the Keystone pipeline, etc etc, and now !
Because of war, they are going to turn it all around again and take the credit.
F...king dirty F....king scumbags lie cheat and steal to get their way, and they have the media on their side to help them with that.
Anyway...
What the Trump administration put in place would have put America in a very strong position today with oil among other things, but now ???
What a f...ing mess and they then shout about fracking in America ???
F...ing scum !
The same **** here too to be fair, but its all looking good for INFT in a bid to keep this country afloat the way I see it.
Why Gerwyn may even get a mention from Boris himself ???
Or a phone call to kick his harris into gear ?
Yes indeed,
Much improved rhetoric within the press at the moment. Nigel Farage on the war path and even Boris making the right noises. The longer the war continues, ironically the more life gets breathed into INFT.
This all assumes Gerwyn is still in a position to take action - he may be well motivated if he’s spent all of our money and needs a top up!
GLA
In any case, It may start getting a little busier here.
Those slimey MP's will get it turned around.
When it suits them to, the dirty f...ers !
After a few years of dormancy, I expect that the usual suspects will return ( Fyoz, for example) .
It seems that there may be a light after all for drilling and fracking in this United Kingdom, and seeing as there is an absolutely abundant resource under the feet of who we have invested in, I expect him tp get his harris in gear and start making some deals with the landowners ASAP !!!
I wont hold my breath but basically Russia has done INFT a favour.
That said, You my have allforgotten that 95% of any gains made here has been signed away the the director because you all wanted your profit sooner rather than later.
It was basics maths I hate to say and you couldnt even work that out you morons !
I laugh because I have to, but good luck INFT and er...
Whats his name ? Gerwyn ?
Come on ! get your boots on and start knocking on those license area doors you greedy f...er !
hopefully if this gets off the ground we may get a good return
Maybe someone should tell these climate commies whats more important, a couple of field mice will have to up sticks and move into the next field or millions of the poorer people in the uk suffering from rising fuel , heating and food costs due to their campaigning against oil production. I would recommend shareholders show support for the planning application by voicing their opinion on the following link the more support for the drilling ...the better the chance the planning application would be approved and the sooner the company can relist.... https://plan.dorsetcc.gov.uk/Planning/Display?applicationNumber=WD%2FD%2F19%2F002866
It does appear that over 30 tory MPs lead by Lord frost is trying to get the 2019 ban on fracking reversed. If this gets through you never know inft might have a very good future. Need to get resisted first.
Hi All,
Haven’t posted in a while but hardly surprising until the last few weeks developments…
Much to be positive about all of a sudden. 30 odd conservative signatories demanding the moratorium comes to an end in the face of being right royally over a Russian barrel.
I can genuinely see fracking coming right back onto the agenda. Nuclear clearly isn’t a short-term option and I think public opinion to reduce energy bills will far outweigh the climate change zealots that the government have been dancing a merry tune to.
Who knows, you might not just get your money back but a decent return too.
Fingers crossed eh!
Thank you Ginksy.
what do you know!!!, I had an email from the company " we are trying to re-list!!
Great news.
looks like they want to go drilling in puddletown again I wouldnt blame them with oil over $90 per barrell ....
Puddletown Pilot Production Well
Restoration Plan
December 2021
Policy
This Restoration Plan is a supporting document of Planning Application Ref:
WD/D/19/002866 submitted by South Western Energy Limited. The Restoration Plan has
been prepared following consultation feedback from Natural England and Dorset Council’s
Landscape Officer.
Developed Site
There are several phases to the proposed development, these are set out below: -
Phase 1: Site Establishment
Phase 2: Well Drilling
Phase 3: Testing
Phase 4: Construction of Production Site
Phase 5: Production of Hydrocarbons
Phase 6: Reinstatement
The appearance of the site will change somewhat as it progresses through each of the above
phases, however, it is the Phase 5 site i.e. the production phase, that will be in existence for
the longest period of time (up to 20 years, depending on oil flow rates)
Agree
Sadly not sure if anything happening here, but Website is alive!
Emailed them over a week ago got no response
