Buys are at 0.15p just got £1k worth.
I'm in ;) if only for a modest amount yet, those conversions notes really bother me otherwise i'd go in for a bit more, sounds like a hell of a lot of dilution when they all begin to convert, i know they had little other option to stay afloat but its going to put the brakes on any rise until there put to bed. Thats my only grumble about this share.
Not aware of any issues, but I use III.. Try calling them ?
Nice one, which is your trade ?
Tried to buy a small amount on Barclays and its not allowing me to ...anyone know what the issue maybe with this share and Barclays
Im still here.. Only got in yesterday ! ha ha
Can I ask what price you are in at, and you reasons for thinking the prospects are good ?
Down 3%+ Too much buying on the news of contracts or has it just been swept along by the general bad mood. UK growth dropping-Greece-China- Russia - so many negatives. Still holding - prospects look good - timescale difficult to guess.
Morning mate.. Just a case if sitting tight and waiting for the TA unfold.. Also a chance news could land at anytime as per the Nov rns !
Who knows... Hope so Gla
Lost everything else ! Ha ha
INC
another 400k for me at 0.1595
They may not well convert the loan notes too soon as obviously they come with a 'coupon'. The latest £250,000 batch are convertible @ 0.1p but do bear an 8% coupon and are convertible anytime up to Nov 2017. Not sure why the other Loan note holders who could convert their outstanding £82,500 to 330m shares @ 0.025p wouldn't do that soon. My figures that I laboriously worked out are nearly correct but I note they are spelled out in detail by the company in the Dec 29 RNS : Following the requests for conversion, the Company will have a total of £327,500 of convertible loans outstanding, comprising £82,500 which can convert at 0.025p per share and £245,000 which can convert at 0.1p per share, resulting in a maximum issue of equity of 575,000,000 new ordinary shares. In addition to the amounts stated above, the Company advised on 22 May 2014 that discussions were ongoing with a holder of unsecured loan notes totalling £40,000 to vary the terms of this loan in accordance with other unsecured loans announced on the same date. The Company advises that these discussions are still ongoing." The last paragraph spells out more loan notes besides that may well also be converted in the fullness of time. Not sure as to the credentials of the loan note holders, i.e. do they have any long-term interest in the business or are they simply in it for their dosh. Usually it's the latter. I hope the words 'death spiral' are never appropriate here.
Reckon that 5k buy had something to do with it. Hopefully cleared the overhang of the largeish sell that I am convinced will pop up at some point. Lets hope the seller is on his last knockings!!
Brilliant result for you, well done. This Insetco is a bit of a mouthful as to how they make their money. Anyway, as long as they make some more soon, we should be happy.
Thanks for that ShareProphets article - tip for 2015! Yeah, I worked out the outstanding loan notes still to be converted to shares at 600m yesterday. Unless these are being pre-sold ( i.e. shorted), there are still 600m to materialise beyond whatever is now being sold. From that ShareProphets article : 'Insetco specialises in the assimilation of dislocated asset classes which are uniquely structured and distributed via its tailored structured products programme.' - it just gets worse!
Insetco 'a company specialising in the arranging and structuring of securitised products based on senior life settlement policies' Anyone any idea what this company does, nothing to do with pest eradication particularly insects then?
Another couple of k on the drop. Bonus lol
we will see a delayed sell later as the drop doesn't correlate with todays trades cas shown. Wish this seller would bugger off!
Are you out of the Sable now? Good research, incredible timing with a little slice of good fortune.
there is definite potential and based on low operating costs - a few decent contracts will have a positive effect on the share value. 2 buys this morning 1 mil @ .18 and 500k @ .17 Thanks for the sound information on the share board - makes a change from the carnage on most!
shame about the price. Expected 300% by now - lol.
Morning mate, yes taking one for the team. And its on a Monday. Never on a Monday!
Good morning mate More pizza and fizz. You're a glutton for punishment
