if the resolutions are passed by the required majority in the room? I can't recall what the practice is in Luxemburg, and have not consulted the mem. and arts.
anyone think this coming back ?
That'll do for starters, lol.
Each of my shares is worth £180,000. If only!
........tomorrow, and I wonder what sort of stunt these feckers will try and pull.
News to me also, considering the vote has not taken place yet. Like all the others on here I have voted no to both resolutions so unsure why they can make the assumption that the company will be delisted 30th Dec........
The one paragraph that interests me states as follows: "The Company’s Shares were suspended from Trading on the London Stock Exchange on 11 September 2015 following the announcement by the Company that it was not expected that any distribution would be made to Shareholders. As a result you are not able to sell your Shares. The Shares will remain on your account until the Liquidation of the Company has concluded and the Company has been dissolved. Please note it is now expected that the listing of Invista European Real Estate Trust Shares on the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled on 30 December 2015." They're expecting the listing to be cancelled on 30th December...............hmmmmmm, that's news to me ?
New proxies are not required from those who have already registered them
RNS out.
It's got more twists than murder she wrote!!!???!!
Net asset value now should be at least $ 2 million finger cross!
.........have found any excuse they could to delay the proceedings here, likely due to the fact that they found out their proposals would have been defeated had the EGM gone ahead, while they come up with a new plan of attack with their legal minions. Wouldn't be surprised to see a new RNS between now and the next EGM date, trying to push shareholders to vote in favour of their proposals. You never know, they may get so desperate we see an RNS saying "Oh, ah, ummm, our calculations were a bit out, there may be a little value in this for shareholders after all, but you must vote in our favour" Whatever krap these characters come up with, it would be wise to remember that the best vote here will be a vote against everything this shower proposes, whatever their indirect threats or offers are.
Couldn't even organise a ****-up in a brewery. This should give us more time to file our proxies.
ADJOURNMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING It has come to light that certain convening notice and other requirements in relation to the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company (the "Meeting") scheduled for today, 26 November 2015, have, as a result of errors by the Fund Administrator, not been complied with. The Board of the Company has therefore resolved to adjourn the Meeting for four weeks to 28 December 2015 with the same agenda, as permitted by article 67 (5) of the Luxembourg law of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, as amended. A further announcement will be made with details of the timing and venue of the reconvened Meeting and further documents will be circulated to ordinary and preference shareholders.
Life in the old dog,28th Dec
..
Could be later today or tomorrow probably.
Was it 11:30 today when we'll find out what's happening?
.........Let's all hope that the majority of holders here have taken the time and effort to cast a no vote to the board's proposal of financial suicide.

200,000 here for the No vote. Make the BOD sweat!
Holding 3.2 million shares unfortunately! Voted no for a second time since the forms arrived in the TDW voting box thingy. ... re consequences of voting "no" ... probably wipe out, but with a bit more faffing about?
Assuming shareholders do not agree to voluntary liquidation, what happens next ? Do we relist ?
I phoned my broker yesterday and told me to email him how i wanted to vote, just had email confirmation no to both (337975 shares)and he said the last day to vote was the 23rd
