''Copper is a well sought after'',,,,,,and no wonder it's the second most naturally occurring conductive metal after silver and just before gold so unless the boffins come up with some other cheaper form of electron transfer conduit demand can only increase. ''All that glistens is not necessarily Gold'' GLA LOR
Facts: Relatively new World Class BoD consisting: Mr Reeve (held positions in Rio Tinto, Shell Billiton, Newcrest Mining.. worked in Resource Funds Management and Resource Corporate Finanace). Mr Williams (with a similar background and CV to Reeve) - you don't appoint men like this with the view that the company isn't ever going to go into production. Once we get news that commercial drilling is underway the SP will multi-bag in the tens from what it is today. These directors are heavy weights in the world of mining and bring high end business contacts to assist HER with future longevity and funding, which recently they have secured. Their appointments will be performance based which is most encouraging for us investors. HER's previous price before it ran out of money some years ago was 4p. 2018 target with funding is estimated to be 0.40 rising towards 1p, and then, with commercial mining underway, up up and away. Given HER's existing assets- Picachos - and its open pit size many believe its SP will not only return to its previous SP price of 2010 but beyond. Given the mines location its start up costs will be low including the processing costs for copper mining Copper is a well sought after resource, particularly from countries such as China With copper, we know that there is a good chance of unearthing gold, zinc, silver, and rare earth minerals. Chile is the world's number one producer of copper. It produces nearly 5.5MmT Mining in metals is thriving and heading skywards and this is reflected in SPs:http://www.kitco.com/news/video/show/PDAC-2017/1542/2017-03-14/Is-This-The-Beginning-of-An-Upturn-in-Mining---Panel-Discussion Cash from China, Canada, UK, etc, are pouring into Chile to fund mining This is not a short term share if you wish to multi bag in days or a couple of weeks, but you are potentially looking at multiples of 10 etc imho With the high level of consistent share bashing against HER, not only on this message board, you have to wonder what is behind all of this? We keep hearing vigorous and unsubstantiated knocks of this small macap AIM company and you have to ignore the lies from so called non investors and follow the money. The MMs have also done what they can to keep the price of HER down but some investors have found it difficult to purchase shares in bulk in HER when the price has dropped substantially
this will be a great share to be in when they start drilling just think what they will find with new tools
There is a lot more to HER's asset rich pits than we have been told so far... HER earlier this year employed two top notch directors with 70 years experience of top management in mining between them. HER is a massive open pit, not only is there high grade deposits of copper but there is the possibility of other commodities such as GOLD and SILVER and precious minerals discovered. When HER starts to commercially drill the SP should take off to greater heights.. this is why there is a lot of interest in this company, and why this company SP has been driven down and down. There are people in the know who have quietly purchased loads of shares in this company that are awaiting a massive pay day in the coming months and years.
this share kept very tight by m m here they don't want to let it go we cane all make a lot off money here
people have been making money out off this old mine for years just think what a new mining com will do
let them sell for peanuts all the more for me this is a great share to be in will make a lot off money here
Just bought 1,000.0001
a lot of people have made a lot of money in these old mines and I think we will to great share to be in
Cahus ; Correct ; some are taking peanuts Silly really ; G L A Tomorrow
What are your views of HER tomorrow onwards ???
Applegarth very good summary and the strong buy is very encouraging. This week we should see at least 50% increase in the sp IMO.
Technical Summary......all buys-strong buys from here to etenity..... https://uk.investing.com/equities/herencia-resources
With so much copper and gold and hundreds of volcanoes in N. Chile, ancient mariners first thought they had found El Dorado. In N. Chile alone the vast copper belt stretches for 600miles with over a hundred mines in operation. Wouldn't we be the unlucky ones if our tenements literally found nothing? http://exploringtheearth.com/2015/04/19/chile/ https://goo.gl/i3hGyv Northern Chile has some of the largest copper ( +gold/silver/iron) deposits in the world. These copper deposits formed from a combination of factors, but are generally associated with intrusive-extrusive magmatism and tectonic activity on the western boundary of the South American plate. The eastward migration of the volcanic arc (i.e. tectonic activity) has resulted in an east-west zonation of several metallogentic belts that developed on the margin.. Some of these copper deposits, which are now active mines and the sizes of these operations are absolutely incredible! A massive magnetite (i.e. iron) mine called Los Colorados. The magnetic content of the rocks is so large that the dust is magnetic enough to build up on a pen-magnet and show the polarity of the earths magnetic fields! https://goo.gl/i3hGyv
Pastizal...milestone. https://www.investegate.co.uk/herencia-resources--her-/rns/pastizal-milestone-signed/201710241539094983U/
Why i think this could go to 0.0032p in quick time. The long retrace back from 3p + over the last few years on continuous news flow reiterating that the company may not last unless we get the necessary funding. In every news release since 2016 we were literally bombarded with doom and gloom. So it's no wonder that pi's rushed to the exit dragging the sp down approx 250 x. We should now rise accordingly to around 1/10th of the previous high range of 3p - 3.8p ie 0.0032p within a week or so. Now we have the funding with a signed mutually acceptable to direct funds to exploration-The Pastizal Agreement between Consultoria y Services Mineros S.A. (CSA) and Herencia and is based on mutually acceptable agreement to direct funds to exploration-The Pastizal Agreement between Consultoria y Services Mineros S.A. (CSA) and Herencia is based on; 1,250,000,0000 shares issued to CSA at today's price of 0.03p but shares are locked into until the share price of the Herencia Shares exceed 0.012 pence for a minimum of 90 days; US$25,000 cash up-front to CSA and two further cash payments of US$150,000 in 30 months and US$200,000 in 42 months, respectively; If the Company decides to proceed with the project, milestone payments up to US$2 m cash to CSA will be paid on discovery of over 10 million tonnes grading 1% copper within both the Pastizal and Picachos projects. 1,250,000,0000 shares issued to CSA at today's price of 0.03p but shares are locked into until the share price of the Herencia Shares exceed 0.012 pence for a minimum of 90 days; US$25,000 cash up-front to CSA and two further cash payments of US$150,000 in 30 months and US$200,000 in 42 months, respectively; If the Company decides to proceed with the project, milestone payments up to US$2 m cash to CSA will be paid on discovery of over 10 million tonnes grading 1% copper within both the Pastizal and Picachos projects. IMO....the investors of 2010- 2016.....that really got excited over the potential of Herencia.....are now showing signs that they are prepared to give HER another chance...they've been showing signs of coming back in their droves.
Bid price rising as all the seller's leave.. A continued rise expected this week as the buyers come in.. Hoping to get in under 0.1 before the rush.. Will see
Prof coincidentally I also hold 13m HER shares. Obviously I will derisk and try my luck in others. Thanks for the lead on MYN. I will keep an eye on it.
Hi ProfW , Applegarth very true not to get emotional about shares. I want to wait a bit longer to see how much pleasure I can get out of HER...lol... I am waiting for results on another share - FFR -then to decide my next move. For now I only hold FRR and HER. Don’t have any more fund to invest. I had terrible experience in the past - big loss in shares- now I have to play it very safe and not to get too greedy. I have a long way to go to recoup about £80k losses. It’s all a learning curve for me. I am not a trader. Got a full time job and now trying my luck with shares. That loss would have been my deposit for my house but settled for a flat. Kids growing up and need more space. So one more attempt to get my house deposit back.
True, but at these silly prices it's hard not to get engaged to HER....you can always chuck HER in if she fails to stretch HER legs on HER promises?
Cahus Yep, not worth selling at the moment, maybe one day with a bit of luck. Likely get a half decent meal out if I sold now so I will leave it for the kids. They may benefit at some time in the future at least. Will wait and see. Just glad I did not put too much in here.
Not a good thing to hear investors stranded for so long but mate good you still hold those shares rather than selling them for nothing. This is AIM and anything can happen. Hope we get some great results and the sp moves north clearing your losses and beyond. Wish all you guys all the best.
fingers.... Also what made it come back from 3.8p to where it is today - just lack of cash? ___________________________________________________________________ Yes....but the story as i recall back in 2011 on a good drill log results the sp literally multibagged from sub 1p to a high of 3.82p. I sold above 3p and made a killing. However, there was a period after which they had to cease work through bad weather and water issues at their Patricia project, not sure if it was flood related. Chilean mining taxes increased. For 3 months they were dormant and running into cash problems. Mike Bohm stepped down and it went from worse to worse. Finally they had to sell their 70% owned interest in Paguanta for peanuts. https://goo.gl/abawjx The new directors resigned for the current new directors. Things got worse...but this new board of directors...remember have taken over a sinking ship...big task and i think they'll succeed....the rest i can't remember after so many years. Herencia, in it's heyday was hailed as the investors 'darling'...it will eventually live up to those claims...good luck fingersandtoes
NomoreHeroes Like you I have been here a long time since 2010 or 2011 I think. I averaged down for a while then gave it up as a bad job. Think I need 1.25 to 1.5 P to recuperate losses. Wasn't a huge amount but I have written it off and made it up elsewhere, mainly by working like most of us have to. I have decided to split it with the kids if it comes good as it has taught me a bit of a lesson. Anyway here's hoping it does come good and us long termers reap a bit of reward. Feels like a life sentence to me, I just want shot of it now. I will be happy to get half of it back. Really wish posters would not use words like Boooooooooom (tempting fate I think) Good luck with it, you have waited a long time like I have.
Thanks ProfW great looking forward for Monday for more excitement. By the day my confidence is growing in this share. I initially bought into HER to hold for a week and traded it three times. Then the price shoot 10 mins after I sold. I bought back at higher price .085p. Then I met ProfW and exchanged few words. I never sold after. I topped up twice since to average down to .80p. Now I am holding for medium to long term depending on RNS. Thanks ProfW. ATB
