...with a small investment at 624p. Will watch and see where this is in a weeks time.....
head games ;)
Snap!
From Reuters "The company is not currently interested in exploring a sale, and there is no certainty that any deal will occur, the people added." Taken at face-value, that's no T/O coming anytime soon. But then again, I guess Press Releases don't always tell the full story so who knows

who knows, but the pt of approx $140 does not include many of gw's pipeline.
Just read this on Reuters- http://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-gw-pharma-m-a-idUKKCN11D2I0 Sorry to have missed the rise, but looks like it might still go a long way yet, so might invest again....
Anyone got any ideas
was it John Najarian from cnbc that you quoted stevie? ( the twin with a grey ponytail)
Hope it holds above £6 for now , pre market dropping on nasdaq , should of sold a few at 6.29 earlier , but still looking good
Ohhh now this is nice news!! I brought a lump of shares at 6.14 only for the shareprice to crash as GW raised more money. I looked a bit bloody daft at the time. Thanks GW!! I'm going to resist the temptation to make some money now and hold on. As Steve420 says the value could rise substantially further. Aren't there another set of data coming out very soon? If its positive then we will see another short big spike. This share is suddenly getting very interesting again
yeah king, my feelings too . . . blimey on just a rumour ! happy days for now anyway . . we'll see ;)
i dunno, cos its all just rumour and gw have said that they are nor looking to sell, but i bet they will if the price is right best prediction i have seen for that is $420 if they sell at $140 its disappointing due to the pipeline imo.
blimmen 'eck . . . lift off !

Thoughts on the yankees POV ? anyone?
hn Beach You are our resident expert on finance and the market. I have no business background. If there is an actual buy out by another Pharma company and before the buyout, the stock hits, for example $140. what happens if there is a buy out? Do we get per share whatever the sales agreement states? Will our stock price be frozen for the entire length of the deal even if major news occurs with GW? Basically I"m asking if we should sell before the buyout if it's real. I know from experience that if the buyout rumor is fake, the price will crash tomorrow. John John : The price of the buy out will be given per share at the closing date. The problem I see with a buy out is an inversion risk and the justice dept stepping in. If it is an American company they likely agree to no inversion to allow deal to go through. If you're long you are hoping for a price rumor to be floated. I would bet my house it is much higher than the 104 it closed at. If you want back in you are hoping for nothing to be released and this news fade into the background. I believe the rumor is real
