update..
on ISDX?
Anybody managed to sell on ISDX so far?
The SP bombed again today. No reason for optimism in my book
Very unfortunate the delisting on AIM, but at least we have the saving grace that they are still trading on ISDX. All you need to do is find a broker who can facilitate this. A list is provided on ISDX and the main brokers appear to. Mine doesn't at the moment but it is being looked into. I don't intend on selling at the present time until we receive more information from the company. My only concern on ISDX is that it does not have the same interest as AIM. However, that could be a good thing for the patient, as it may mean less volatility when the good news starts flowing and the price rises, it may be sustained.
Yes but you have to trade on isdx I would wait to see developments soon anyway
so will i be able to get my money out or is that it i've lost it all?
Will it continue if they are not on AIM?
On isdx I think we will hear more soon I havnt sold a single share
What do we do now ?
not delisted yet....
It does seem odd to delist considering their intention to restructure the company towards the export sector. Undoubtedly, liquidity problems arose through their debtors within the domestic market convincing them of a move away from so called Government client risk towards a more outwardly focused, international market supported by "joint ventures and alliances," along with the aim of attracting institutional investors to create equity. The decision for Choice to acquire 7.4% seems to support this intention. It is this bullish strategic approach that has provided me with a -possible miss guided- belief of their intensions to continue as a publically traded company and not just shut up shop. At least we don't have long to wait until we find out.
I really hope is all part of plan to get more exposure.Like choice paying 2p was a nice news we might be in for some others similar news....why listing on ISDX otherwise?i`m not pleased about this situation but I hope it will turn out good for my and others pi`s sake. This is a company that makes profits and to delist to stay out of markets it seems like a missed chance.
alexander davies sec....
Chairman Garry Willinge commented: "This fundraising is a first step in the necessary transformation of the Company after an extended period of working capital constraints. Further transformation measures are planned. ARE WE FINDING OUT ABOUT MORE TRANSFORMATIONS TOMORROW?
what will happen to all these holders?i think if they choose to delist they must have some other market to list it on...why would choice have bought 7.4% just recently?we will find out tomorrow?
Does not look good. Barring a photo finish appointment it looks like it will be delisted tomorrow. I believe GWIN will still be tradable on ISDX. As maxtheax16 pointed out "companies seeking admission to the ISDX Growth Market must appoint and retain an ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange Corporate Adviser," and looking through their contacts details on isdx.com they have listed Alexander David Securities Ltd as their Corporate Adviser. As I said, it will be interesting to read their company statement to see what there next move will be in case of delisting. There is no liquidity on ISDX so i assume they would want to relist on a more accessible market. Whether that is aim or some other market who knows?
It was suspended at 7.30am on the 27th of Feb and stated that it would be delisted from aim a month from that point if no nomad was appointed, so I'm guessing 7.30 tomorrow morning. It will be interesting to read the company statement.
Today the last day before canceling the security ?
if ISDX needs always an advisor...who is gwin`s present isdx`s advisor?:All companies seeking admission to the ISDX Growth Market must appoint and retain an ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange Corporate Adviser.
You can trade on x-o.co.uk so I imagine you can trade using most platforms. Presumably listing on isdx was incase they are delisted from AIM so I dont think a nomad is required, otherwise what was the point? Even if they aren't tradable following delisting they can be resisted in the future and that often comes with a spike in the price. It's frustrating, yes, but this is the nature of low value shares.
Let's hope they will come out with the goods and show that not all is a con I still have all my shares
