significant fact is XCAP is gone guys this on the up.............................
when do we know the outcome of the delisting meeting?
same thing happened friday and monday and then they publish a 4.8 million share buy after close yesterday.. are probably filling another big order.. the question is who's buying and why.??
tried several times too buy here today, the most i could buy in one go was 50k shares and was offered 25k most of the time, it looks as though some have been buying them all up today.
i think that from a PI's perspective the only good news that would lift the SP would be a takeover. The de-listing and or loan note conversion are all in favour of the Preference share holders. Big gamble here, so keep your nerve people or sell at a loss its your descision. i for one am staying til the end which will be much clearer once the 11am Friday meeting is concluded.
Just bought a small holding in this as I was gutted when I didnt buy in on both spikes as I have been monitoring this since december. I think like alot of people this share will eventually pick up but we will see a wave as before as the nervous pi's will leave. I would suggest to any to hold on this as this should be a 2-3p share anyway and who knows in 6-12 months if things internally get sorted we may even see it exceed this. good luck all.
Why is the spread so big ? does anyone know ?
More large buys going through again , there looks to be something happening , Good news maybe.
I think this was a delayed trade?! Was this trade not done last week? Or was it a second 4,847,600? The question here is, why would someone invest £100k on a share that is going to de-list? I would not, but then again I have a bit of money invested here and not interested in selling. The reason? Because I believed the company has potential outside the volatility of the aim market. Yes, there will be dilution! But I think this company without the threat of de-listing would be worth easily 10p. If my entry was 2p, then I am evens. Without the loan notes, then 10p or a value of £15 million is quite low for a company with US$38.7 million sales for 2010 and US$17.2 for the first 2 months of 2011. Now, my concern is that someone is buying a stake to vote down the de-listing, get the company in a pre-pack administration, offer to clean up the loan book and buy up the company for peanuts. Is that possible? Maybe. Could a deal be done with the loan book owners for some equity and repayment and wipe out PI's? Maybe! Would PI's have a case to take to court? NO! My advice to PI's is the following. If the vote is NO to de-listing. SELL.
congratulations,that,s what it,s all about,where next?
Trebled my money here all sold, shame i only bought £100 shares not bad for first time hey
the way this hare price has behaved has been bizarre as last week they were consistently offering above the bid and everybody kept saying they need shares. well it gets a bit clearer when you realise they were trying to fill this order and I suspect others as well. I still think there is a take over of this company coming soon and that they wont be de-listed.. I just have a hunch a big pay day is coming.. GL to you and all others still holding if it is the case.
good question Andy. You wouldn't buy that many shares unless you felt sure the price was going to go up. IMO somebody knows something. I'm wondering what RNS is about to be released.
it looks to me as though somebody bought 4.85 million shares at 2.03p after close of business. probabaly explains why they have been offering above the bid price last week and again today they have been trying to fill this order. Just one question why is somebody buying this volume of shares if they dont know anything???
to sell! gl all
this was down 30% at one point this morning and has now recovered to just 13% down. Never a dull moment here.
Maybe one more pump and dump before delist IMO
as you say hold tight as buyers are back .. 1.20~1.50 and buys 3x more than sells today albeit on the back of small volumes.
tight! 1.25/1.60
How come there are so many buyers this morning , are they all Gamblers , Fools or do they know something ?
Just think of the people that paid in excess of 60p a share only a few years ago.It looks as though their restructuring plans are well in order and with reinvestment in excess of £16m back into the company this could term out good in the longterm. On the otherhand they could liquidate especially if they have any competitors.
1.18 sell doh!!
1.18 to buy now!! gl all
Your mate should have gone all in on red, hindsight would be nice.I dont think GTE will go down the pan and if/when delisted their shares will become less open/available to trade and will have to be traded via their website. It doesnt mean the company cannot still make good profits in the future.Hindsight would be nice but we can only go on what news is released by RNS.
The Company intends, as soon as practicable following the Delisting, to facilitate a dealing arrangement to enable Ordinary Shareholders to trade their Ordinary Shares. The Company intends to make available a new matched bargain service. Under this facility, Ordinary Shareholders or persons wishing to acquire Ordinary Shares will be able to leave an indication that they are prepared to buy or sell at an agreed price. In the event that the order can be matched with an opposite sell or buy instruction, both parties would be contacted and then the order effected. Once the facility has been finalised, details will be made available to Ordinary Shareholders via the Company's website: www.gtefficiency.com
