New website launching this evening. Looks like the ball is rolling for re listing. Been in here since that massive diamond was found and been downhill ever since.
Spary do you know who Gopal Vasuki or Kandasamy Jothi Satheesh Prabhu are, i dont remember there names from the past and they are the registered directors of GST according to companies house
Have a look on the GSR or GST website ( its one in the same )
The fax number for EMS or GST or GSR is the same one that fatty uses for his company which is called clay hill capital and all the companies use the same address
Looking at the audio-visual presentation, they said they do not have a fixed office, have only 2 employees, so an office base is not required.
Not sure where it states they are sharing an office with old GSR Directors, but the CEO did state during the audiovisual presentation that all GSR shareholders (directors, investors) will have GST shares in the new company.
Happy to be corrected, but there seems to be no shared office space.
Am thinking the old 'diamond' thingy is dead in the water, and not so important now, but you never know. Miracles sometimes happen. Look at MARL. Hopefully AAU one day soon. But who knows.
And gst still share a office with fatty so i wonder who will be pulling the strings
Have Sum Chats Gone was it Deleted
Thanks
The CEO has confirmed the new M/CAP for GST on LSE will be in the region of £18,000,000
The old M/CAP of GSR was around £2,000,000
GST still have the old GSR diamond thingy, but it's not seen as 'that' important moving forward.
CEO aiming for the listing mid to late Sept on main LSE.
Well, guess sometimes miracles happen!

Currently travelling, but if these links work, then this gives a flavour. They wish to raise £1m by way of an IPO in Q3 and intend to join the main market around that time too.
Welcome! I wasn't note taking myself, but a guy next to me wore his HB down! I shall see if Steffy has placed the presentation anywhere.
Chumba, any chance of a breakdown on what was discussed?
Steffy...great show as usual. But what an impressive new look company and even I am genuinely excited about the future prospects here. Much research on EMS to do, but with contracts in the bag, seems a no brainer to me. Tone, remember to enjoy Greenwich!

Update, to ponder for people...

Could be coming back to market... without the mining?
Oh they actually did a consolidation?!
Afternoon... well, they had a consolidation, 1 for 50, so we have fewer shares!! The website for GSR has changed... to include EMS wiring... it's atop the "what we do" section. So, I guess the answers Yes, but whether they will relist, or we can trade it again... who knows!! :)
All you guys, hope you are keeping well! Whats the latest here then, they still RTO'ing?
They appear to , still be alive and us now with the little holdings . What next I wonder ???
Shares popped back up on my trading account today... following a 50 to 1 consolidation... must be progess! :) Will I be able to trade my smaller holding though.. not yet!
Since the Grand National i have been having a dabble at online fruities with what was left from my stake + returns and only now have my funds reached 0. I did take out a small profit so played with essentially "free money" 5 things came to me 1. Feels like my investment lasted longer than GSR (it didn't, 6 weeks opposed to a 2/3 years) 2. It was a lot ore fun 3. It was less bumpy 4 I ended up with 0 5. I wonder if this was what fatman was doing - Instead of playing for the smaller daily jackpot machines (or even non daily jackpot ones), I wonder if he was playing for the big multi million jackpot machines and blew the lot. I am sure there are many of us on here who have lost, including the few of us who attempted to get a meeting with fatty and slack alice - but failed I lost quite a lot, but that is life. It is the likes of WF that get me, how much did WF have invested and how much did they loose ? - it maybe that WF's investment was something that WF could afford to lose (not to me at that level), but even so - still not nice.for anyone anyway, wouldn't want to be out of this for the weekend
