Their Q4 ( Dec to March) saw £5mln alone , incredible growth if continued to be repeated April 2023 onwards
· Q4 billings* up 23% on Q3 to £4.3m (Q3: £3.5m). Notably, Q4 included the signing of several significant multi-year contracts, with an aggregate value of £5.0m
They already own 40%between them so more likely to be another investor
LAURA IT WOULD BE GOOD IF THE 20K WAS A DIRECTOR PURCHASE
100% rise is quite possible here , that would drill only be 11p whereas it was 14p before the seller situation
£20,000
Large buy has just been purchased
Big rise should happen based on the fact that the sells have cleared
Thanks
While I read up on these , could you tell me how GRC looks against these measures please
Have a look at these links:

Please can you tell me what MACD and Rsi mean
Thanks

I don't know how to do charts (people keep mentioning RSI and MACD so if someone cam explain that would be useful . However the basic lies that GRC has fallen from 15p to 6p due to unusually large sells makes this appear to be bargain territory
Particularly with the CEO owning 25% and offering unused banking facilities, and where the annual SAAS is worth more than the .current market value
This was from the interims
The Group has banking facilities to provide adequate headroom for unforeseen working capital requirements by way of an invoice discounting facility.
Expect a strong rise this week
I shall be adding more at this bargain price, results are usually late August and expect them to confirm the positive trajectory of the rre recent trading statement

IT Governance awarded G-Cloud 13 framework contract
GRC International Group PLC (AIM: GRC, "GRC" or "the Group"), the international governance, risk management and compliance company whose main business is cyber defence-in-depth, announces that its IT Governance business has been awarded a G-Cloud 13 framework contract to provide more than 100 of its products and services via the UK government's Digital Marketplace. This eliminates the need for its customers to go through a full tender process.
Launched in 2012, G-Cloud 13 is an online catalogue and the newest iteration of the G-Cloud framework, which is used by the UK public sector to identify and acquire a diverse range of cloud-based computing services
Suppliers of all sizes see it as critical to be involved in the G-Cloud framework, as it services the whole of the UK public sector, from the NHS to local authorities and everything in between. Over 52,000 listed organisations can purchase via the Digital Marketplace, offering a large pool of captive buyers for suppliers.

In addition, the unsecured loan facility provided by Andrew Brode for the amount of £700,000 at an interest rate of 5% above the Bank of England base rate to provide additional working capital is available to the Company until at least 31 December 2023 and shall automatically renew for a further 12 months unless terminated by either party. As at the period end and the date of this report £350,000 remained available to be drawn down
