do you still think rto going ahead dave, did you see cloudtag update whats your thoughts there
im more positive on getting money back from cloudtag
more than likely fell through same as always, they have done everything they can its up to gcg. probally wanted to dilute to death like most rtos,
trading day in Q1........looks like this shower are staying true to their normal communication channels.....zilch
Hopefully that is the case, if so then there needs to be an RNS tomorrow, Thursday or latest Friday.
i will probally take my money and run in this market its going one way and will get worse , thats if it doesnt fall through
it wont be published until the fca are happy, a few loose ends to tie up could last a while yet. imo
im not getting excited to see my money back until i see this listed and have you seen the state of the markets. its like the start of 2008 again before the massive crash imo
Yes......that's what should happen.........but it's GCG we are dealing with........hope you are correct.
Going by GCG’s own timescale of completion this quarter should mean at the worst an update first week in April giving an estimate on how much longer it will be, that’s what I think should happen
So.....JR........you reckon this RTO is definitely happening.......but in April now?
If that is the case I wonder if GCG will RNS something this week ?
He also stated that they didn’t need to raise as much as they initially thought they would which is a positive for SH and apparently the difference between Q4 last year and Q1 this year with regards to investor confidence and interest is “night and day” so obviously market conditions/sentiment must have been very poor towards the end of last year but apparently improved dramatically since the beginning of this year.
I have viewed the video of the call so it’s not like it’s been relayed to me by a 3rd party or anything like that, my contact says he will let me know of any further such investor contact from Bolt so I will relay it here if and when that happens, can’t give out the link to the video unfortunately as I promised him I wouldn’t share it, it was a 2 hour call where the first 36 minutes were in relation to the RTO progress, having viewed it it certainly has allayed my fears of this RTO not completing.
Bolt told their investors in a recent investor’s presentation that the hold up is due to the FCA wanting parts of the prospectus changed slightly so they have been going back and forth on that but they stated that this should be “the 2nd from last time” that it will need to be amended at which point the FCA will sign it off once and for all, Jamal concluded the call by stating “listing expected in April all being well, the finish line is now in sight”
Thanks for the reply Dave, maybe all is not quite lost!
yup lets hope it goes through and we make a bit im in 2 minds to sell up or keep a bit it
just read it on telegram its the same as last ama a few ends to tie up no date, nothing has changed since last month
Any specifics you can share Dave? I’d written this off. Cheers
prob will top slice half dave just incase if we do make profit i bought just under 10p
yeah probally are im hoping for a farmout there though at some point. only got a small 750 gamble there anyway.
yup ive noticed ,markets are terible well aim is see scotgold took a hamering today
The first crypto to list on the LSE, it being a main market listing at that, is a big deal irrespective if some of the BOD are crooks, it should see nice initial returns for pre suspension holders I believe, unless the dilution is too brutal but the BOD hold plenty of shares themselves so would make no sense for them to dilute themselves.
i doubt it last time they said something exciting coming it was a competition they dont pay prizes then it was womens sport i bet its nothing to do with rto. it will be we have done everything there side. i dont believe a word they say , they are blaggers like the numbers of users and the payment of the competition which was lie after lie , now paying in may . starting to remind me of the ceo of cloudtag. these founders are getting a bad reputation and are rude on telegram and people think there going to get a multibag if it lists
Hope you’re right, next week would be most appreciated for prospectus release
Prospectus public within next 2 weeks you think?
not paying competition winners until may now, management nothing but rude liers. total joke of a company
