They made a commitment to improve Comms when the situation permitted Once these accelerated appeals are out of the way - and hopefully in our favour - I hope we see the start of more formal communications.
Thanks Looed. I’m pleased that it’s not just me that’s frustrated by the lack of comms.
In many ways I wish I’d listened to all those people who said we were gone 2 and a half years ago. But I continued to listen to what at the time we thought was important news and I continued to hope that there may still be something for us here.
Thanks for your continuing efforts. In my opinion, I think it would be helpful if the company would commit to providing an update at say a set time each month, even if its a “no more news to report” update. At least then we would be able to manage our own expectations regarding news. Thanks
Hi WHamBoy - I haven't heard a peep out of them since they said they would revert over the ii issue. Their perception of 'soon' seems very different to mine and yours! I do keep reaching out to them.
The lack of news is in part due to the clampdown on articles etc being posted here that aren't directly related to FRR, even though we may see a connection. So I think that has stopped a lot of discussion. On the other hand, with the Texas court cases we are now seeing behind the scenes and we can see, as the company has confirmed, the attempt to steal the company has been stopped.
They have the two appeals in Texas and the appeal in Georgia to deal with. They are still paying Cornerstone and SN has joined forces with Mourant.
That's not meant to excuse their lack of Comms but it shows the company continues to fight on all fronts.
I will if course let you know when I hear anyt from them
Looed - it’s all gone depressingly quiet on the FRR news front. Just wondered if you have any additional (even if minor) contact from the company, anything regarding our court cases in Georgia, or perhaps when we might be likely to hear anything?
Perhaps you might be able to ask that question on our behalf. From what I can see, we (you) had a small message from them on the 4th July regarding ii and shareholder problems, which promised some kind of update soon. And we’ve heard nothing regarding court cases from them since 21st June. In the old days that wasn’t such a big problem as people on this board kept digging up information of their own. But now that seems to have all gone quiet, so us shareholders are more desperate than ever for the company to keep us in the loop. Thanks
