@Iknownuffin What valuation did you exit Hi5 at???
Okay so lets assume then 2 Million is attributed to Fragrant then its a relatively simple calculation. On suspension the company was valued at 321K.....at 2 Million the current share price would need to increase 2Million/321K = 6x. So from the current share price the share will increase 6x. What will however happen is some rearrangement of the number of shares in issue - HI5 say the shareprice will be £1 for 47 Million Market Cap....not sure if the 2 Million is included in the 47million or whether the market cap will be 49 Million. But to equal £1 pound the calculation will be market cap / share price = Shares in issue. So probably some share consolidation will happen. BUT the only important thing here for Fragrant holders is the shell valuation. So if my math is right and the shell is valued at 2 Million then the underlying shareprice before the RTO is 3p.
per share held.
I'm suspecting there will be a larger value attributed to the FPP shell, of say £2 - £3m. I still can't work out the maths on what that means for an FPP shareholder in terms of dilution, or end share price per current suspension share price held?
If my maths and research are correct.....HI5 is stating its share price will be £1 after RTO. FPP, suspended market cap was 321K. So on relist existing shareholders will have I assume 321K of 47 Million so 0.62% of the bigger group. Unless FPP has valued itself higher in the transaction.........This bit we do not know at the moment.
£1 !!! Hi55 have been going for 4 years. I originally invested 4 years ago and had offer to exit just under 18 months ago for price I paid and out I went. Bumbling along with Mr Brown and getting no where, 1 failed RTO in last few months and now come here to Mr Retters side piece where he couldn’t give a toss what happens.
Prob see 1p on relisting and hopefully for the many stuck in at higher prices it does go somewhere.
a pound? howd u work that out?
See what happens when it returns, It's hoping to come back at £1, but how many shares will we have to give up for that price?
lol well i need 6,7 and 8p.
Long way back to 4p for me ??
As a Hi55 holder I am very pleased to see the possibility of being listed on the main market through Fpp. Wish everyone here a successful ipo, lots of exciting news due in the future.
problem is im going to be diluted to smitheern not sure how this will play out. at least something decent has come in though The Directors of FPP are pleased to inform shareholders that the Company has signed a nonbinding heads of terms with Hi 55 Ventures Limited ("Hi") a UK based fintech business ("Target"), in relation to the potential refinancing of FPP and acquisition of the Target by FPP ("Intended Acquisition"). The heads of terms are non-binding save principally for provisions relating to exclusivity and confidentiality.
The total consideration is expected to be approximately £47m to be satisfied by the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company. Hi is an innovative fintech company who have created a payroll-focused funding platform called Hi. This platform has three product sets:
