I am aware of the depth of feeling regards the boiler. It wasnt the boiler I felt had investment value, it was the other elements of flowgroup that interested me. If there is a group that wants to pursue a legal analysis of RNS wording, I'm sure they will make it happen. In the meantime I guess shareholders will have to resort to patience while this shell gets its books in order. GLA.
It wasn't that the company "didn't cut it" it's that the company and its directors lied and misled investors into backing a boiler that never entered volume production and was never successfully trialled because it didn't and could never work. The directors "cut it" alright. When it came to relieving the greedy and gullible of thier money.
Further to a previous post about a shareholder action group, if one was formed to take action against the BOD then I would be interested.
News has to be released at some point
Another company just didnt cut it. Perhaps wrong people in the wrong place at the wrong time. Live and learn. Anyone remember MSQ?
Actually, you're talking sh*te. The boiler was never dead. We had trials in Europe, Trillary, etc.. All there to string shareholders along. WTF has this got to do you you? Why do you and the other clowns insist on defending these FKRS?!!
The boiler never FKNG worked. I have read the Jan & Don report. States clearly the the boiler was not ready for production, yet Stiff told shareholders they were selling the boiler and it was working to expectations. GTFOH!
He still has himself listed as CEO of FlowGroup, FKNG idiot.
This is a laugh......https://www.linkedin.com/in/tony-stiff-ba01571/
Still out there lying re: his 'achievements'
If you are an investor, i know you feel a mug. If you are a board member, i know you must feel someone is going to come knocking. But either way, there is no excuse for not be able to read RNS. Like the one Flowgroup released in November 2014 stating the boiler had entered volume production when in reality the boiler wasn't even working in development. You invested in a sham. And it was sold off sharpish because it was a sham.
You are talking crap. The boiler was dead along time ago and it was known. What was not known is that the energy business would get sold off in my view on the cheap with 130k customers and one of the best service reputations in the industry. Surely, this should have been kept and we would be in a much better position today.
They told the market the boiler had entered volume production and was doing great. This was a lie. The energy business was built off the back of the boiler business, and was thus built on the back of a lie. The lie is out and you are out of pocket because you invested in a lie. You were conned out of your money and wont get a cent back.
The boiler was not viable and they told the market a long while ago. I invested in the business because of the energy supply business. They sold this too cheap to COOP. Bulb just got a £60m investment. Its a loss making business and now has a very high valuation. Very poor timing.
This company was a sham. You were had. The stock was pumped and hyped and claims made in RNS that were simply not true. Why would anyone want this to survive? The Box should be in prison. That I assume they aren't.
I held for a few months over 3 years ago but luckily sold as they weren't delivering. Can anyone tell me who the Cenkos analyst covering this was? Did he ever put out a sell on them? Thanks.
What I fail to come to terms with, is that since 2012 I understood I was investing in an electricity supply company (Energetix) which was also experimenting with an electricity supplying gas boiler. So the boiler is a non-starter yet the Flow Energy company is still operating fully and apparently quite well. Surely some proportion of my investment should have been credited to Flow Energy in respect of electricity supply arm? In which case, why am I not due to have some of my shares recognised by a potential new buyer of the company?
Company does not expect any value to be distributed to shareholders following completion of the sale of Flow Energy Limited-after paying creditors no dividend for ordinary share holders from sale-nothing new.
I was just hoping that we get relisted and before 1 November 2018 we undertake a reverse takeover and company can survive.
Update out this morning. The talks continue and it confirms that all shareholders should expect to get nothing. Shocking......i was positive on this stock and just proves how wrong you can be.
I know of another ex-employee who confirmed that this boiler was never a volume production reality. States it didn't work at all. Where are the accounts?
I suggested the FB link.
Search for a wick stone on facebook, need to be a friend to share info. I am waiting to see if my request is accepted.
Hi tm
I would be interested in the FB Group link too - can't find it with the search function.
Wouldn't mind supporting the board being held responsible.
Thanks,
NiKl
There should be a shareholder Action Group as you were misled about the boiler, and there may be the possibility of recovering monies from BoDs personally. There can be no doubt now that this was a sham.
Hello Little_Al
I'm also in for a substantial amount, or should I say out now?. I've not had the balls to sign in and remind myself how stupid I've been.
I haven't followed the chat and updates for some time so I'm in now way up to speed.
Your comment below had me baffled. Can you explain pls?
'Who are they shares in now Flow or Co-op. Will we be made out by the co-op or will they eventually just disappear'.
Also, can someone advise which FB page I can follow on the subject?
Thanks, Morgo
Publishing the accounts seems to be taking a long time, they were suspended on the 2nd of July, considering that this is a two bit clog and pump outfit, even this amount of time beggers belief. Could it be that the powers to be are investigating? Tony is very quiet at the mo. come on popgoestheweasil not like you to be so quiet. Are you out of the country? running scared now?
Is there one, and if not, should there be one?
I don’t think praying will do it either 🙏🏻
