it'll be from the investor consotium, or from the disposal.Future funding requirements will only be needed if the disposal doesn't proceed.
Solenta wont want any dilution.
....but at what price?
I think this disclosure is prompted by aim rule 13 and nothing more, it actually says so in the first rns as well. Nothing rns.
Related party transactions
13. This rule applies to any transaction whatsoever with a related party which exceeds 5% in
any of the class tests.
An AIM company must issue notification without delay as soon as the terms of a
transaction with a related party are agreed disclosing:
— the information specified by Schedule Four;
— the name of the related party concerned and the nature and extent of their interest
in the transaction; and
— a statement that with the exception of any director who is involved in the transaction
as a related party, its directors consider, having consulted with its nominated
adviser, that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as its
shareholders are concerned.
Hi Breakfree some fantastic points made this morning and I am truly thankful for your thoughts, albeit I do not agree with them. You also seem to not be understanding the thought process of the other posters when conversing regards what this RNS is alluding to. Love and peace always.
Yeah, looks obvious they're clearing the air ready for sale, are nomad has agreed all is fair with us shareholders, so now they can move on to the next stage.
Why ... because when manure flys some don’t want covered in it !
Also agree. The last couple of RNS's seem to be dotting the i's and crossing the t's to make sure all is in order and suggests a deal is due very soon.
yes - seems like why would they bother with this if they were going under - looks like they are tidying up things for either fresh capital or funding
COLNATSKI. Bang on right. We told the happy clappers but as usual they turn aggressive We told you services charges were to expensive. Even government ministers said this and have objected.
Adviser agrees, and that's all that matters really. Just have to wait now for the financing news.
We warned you about these contracts and the happy clappers got aggressive. The latest RNS is the preparation for this company going bust. Tin hats on Guys
So, the 1 share buy came through then, there were two so we could have another rns. Today's rns is just to state the terms of the contracts are fair and reasonable insofar the shareholders are concerned, and the Nominated
I think this RNS is basically to say Liberum are not happy with things.
Sounds to me like someone external is looking for clarity on dealings..... possibly some fresh cash coming in but wants to make sure they have everything as they would want.
I think it is a good sign, why bother if there wasn't anything happening?
Strange rns that one. Sounds like a number of transactions were under review due to a restructure and the other party to these transactions becoming related. Also sounds like the conclusion is these represent fair value for the shareholder. Nothing news I would say. Or am I missing something?
8.21 . Price on Google . FJET-0.0075 (5.36%)
It seems like it's an amendment of the last RNS but it's historical, nothing new? The last one did have a little impact on the SP but this one - nothing yet.
What we need to know about is the Funding that they are in talks about?
However I hope we see a little rise here today. Good luck all
I read it as though this is something that didnt have the correct approval or announcement associated with it when it was undertaken and this is them circling back around to dot the I's and cross the T's? Could well be something more to it that im missing though.
Is one party trying to get out of the contract.
will probably find out shortly ha
