Yanis, ('It is strange that the BOD, if they truly believe in the turn around story, have not bought any at this level. But who knows? Closed period?') there you go!
Inchpo, you have shares in the company that makes some of the best mattresses and cot mattresses in the UK :)

Inchpo, I have never doubted your view just where it originates from :0))
Been on a downward slide since Mach.
It is strange that the BOD, if they truly believe in the turn around story, have not bought any at this level. But who knows? Closed period?
IMO one thing is certain right now; we are definitely going to get a shock - either to the upside or the downside on the 23rd.
My vibes (Wyndrum take note) are telling me we are in for a big shock here - to late for me to drop out now.
Price is wrong - spread is too big. I want to be proved wrong BUT...…….
The directors need to get in with some significant buys to prop up the SP now. If they are not prepared to do so their assurances on profitability are pure bunkum. AND WILL PROVE THAT THEY ARE WELL AWARE THAT THIS IS THE CASE.
something is just plain NOT RIGHT here.
Selling continues... this action looks like it's from a larger holder with broker acting on behalf to sell on the open market. Not sure how much overhang left. 500k sale Friday. How much more? IMO DYOR.
It looks like your analysis it quite accurate. It's hit around 3.2 level now... seems like there is a seller behind the scenes. Not sure if it's an individual big holder or combination of sellers.
its not brilliant in my eyes CI, I and also a bit mixed. the recent low at 3.05p was, chart wise, a kick in the slats.
its trying to pull away but it needs to start with a close and hold of 3.7p or above. if it close below 3.2p then it looks like it will test 3.05p again.
At this stage we are getting higher lows and higher highs (which is good) but I'm not convinced yet that this is a definite reversal. Fingers crossed it will turn out to be and that 3.05p was the last low point but I am not sure yet. have to wait a bit longer for some more confirmation one way or the other.
Just my 2 cents
Nice one Wyn, every little helps! What's your opinion and TA analysis of EVE situation currently? Thanks!
Mrs W has posted her TP review......(I wrote it for her......) :0))
If the pattern follows, CC might buy some more shares around the time of the September update (see below). I recall that we thought her relatively modest buys were ... modest. Now they make sense. Sp is currently below what she paid.
If she doesn’t buy more, or ‘just’ spends £4K / £5K then I guess we might have to be patient for a tad longer. If she buys more this time then I guess that could be significant.
22/03/2021 BUY Cheryl Calverley CEO 87,719 @ 5.70p £5,000.00
24/09/2020 BUY Cheryl Calverley CEO 92,785 @ 4.85p £4,500.00
Each to his own Wong, but this game imo is not about moral fibre or any dark clouds
It much easier than that.
Have a plan, stick to it and only bet what you can afford to lose. Its that easy and its that simple.
Or maybe EVE spend a million quid on share buyback hence lowering the amount of shares available and so increasing everyone’s percentage holding - but only if there is no better profitable use of the spare million presently! A company running out of liquidity is a bad situation make no mistake!
Really... 'the dark clouds have moved on'? How do you work that out? We have had a nearly 5% rise today and we're all saved! Let's just forget the SP has dropped over 50% in less than 6 months.
It seems the dark clouds have done the job and moved on, having scared a few Pis to sell them their shares at a low price.
I am glad it means I can read the BB again without throwing up at the lack of moral fibre some people have, and yes, you know who you are. A good point to get in with the price what it is.
Inchpo, agree with you, director buys now will definitely send the SP on upward trajectory. They are saying that Eve is on track for sustainable profitability in 2022 and in line with expectations for 2021, so what’s there to loose?
someone is loading up £5k buys in a bulk
bought at 6.5p mark and started lowering my average until the TU hit me sold 500k at 4.2p so at a loss building it back up slowly:)
At this price it would be nice to see some Director Dealing. Do they REALLY believe their own hype
on profitability. Actions speak louder than words as they say. Half a million for 17K. Not much of a
commitment from a Company Director is it ?. Would be nice to see that appear as a buy from CC, Choudhry and Parfitt.
What price did you sell.at ?
can't get this wrong this time ;)
