You have earned it Mac - enjoy!
It's been 4 months since the April RNS stating that we are just waiting for the license to land for MT flanks though, so plenty of time has passed. The starting of the FSP, also shows that they're confident of receiving them imho.
I'm sticking with this week or next. Sorry if i've confused anyone with these recent posts, too much time in the sun today.
GLA
In fact it wasn't, that has WK approvals mixed in with it at the time, so i'm not entirely sure. It's hard to get any form of an accurate picture from historical RNS tbh, as even with the first WK flanks they had to submit some additional info before receiving them.
I guess they will come whenever they come.
I take it from the recent annual accounts that it's in the bag though, they wouldn't include new mining target figures if they thought it wasn't.
GLA
Timeline for the original MT, from final sign off, was this -
29th Jul 2015 7:01 am RNS Monchetundra Operations Restarted
9th Jul 2015 2:30 pm RNS Full Exercise of Warrants by Metal Tiger plc
9th Jul 2015 10:58 am RNS Issue of Equity
8th Jul 2015 2:00 pm RNS Approval of Licence and Restoration of Trading
8th Jul 2015 2:00 pm RNS Restoration - Eurasia Mining Plc
8th Jul 2015 9:59 am RNS Stmnt re Share Price Movement
8th Jul 2015 9:45 am RNS Suspension - Eurasia Mining Plc
30th Jun 2015 4:09 pm RNS AGM and AGM Statement
24th Jun 2015 7:00 am RNS Mining Licence Update - MNR Approval
That may give a better idea?
GLA
Although there is a dec 7th date mentioned, there is no RNS, the RNS was on the 4th and stated this -
"The application has been approved by the Russian federal bodies and requires only a formal meeting of the local mines commission."
So in december they were waiting for that meeting for Tipil. I assume Covid may have slowed that down a bit, while Russia decided how it would deal with the pandemic.
You'll note from the April extract, that there is no meeting required for MT, but they have been in constant contact with Sevzapnedra by the look of things, and in the same RNS it states that they simply await the issue of the license.
GLA
That's the RNS timeline for the apps, but MT seemed to be signed off at the first bodies quite a bit faster than Tipil. They seemed to arrive at the final license issue bodies at approx the same time, and was dropped in an general Update RNS April 9th -
26th Sep 2019 7:00 am RNS Monchetundra Flanks Application Submitted
16th Sep 2019 7:00 am RNS Senior Management Team Appointment
13th Aug 2019 7:00 am RNS Monchetundra Update Sinosteel EPC H1 2019
24th Jun 2019 11:12 am RNS Issue of Equity & Directors' Holdings
20th Jun 2019 2:12 pm RNS Result of AGM
17th Jun 2019 7:00 am RNS Application for Tipil license lodged
From April 9th -
"Tipil Area at West Kytlim
The Tipil area is immediately adjacent and to the west of the West Kytlim Flanks application area. The potential for further discoveries of palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold is supported by past exploration data and extrapolation of resource and exploration work on the neighbouring Ust-Tylai area of the current mining license. The Tipil license area has achieved approval at all federal agencies (see RNS dated 09 December 2019) and awaits a formal issue of the appropriate license.
MONCHETUNDRA
As previously announced the application for the Flanks areas at Monchetundra received Ministry of Defence approval (see RNS dated 17 December 2019). Approval by the Federal Security Service (FSB), the last remaining federal body, whose approval is required for the flanks licence application, was also subsequently confirmed to the Company by Sevzapnedra. The Directors expect the license to be issued by Sevzapnedra soon as per standard process."

That's as accurate as i can be.
GLA
It wasn't me who stated 10 days GFD.
But, if the BOD say they're happy with the progress, then they're imminent in my eyes. We'll just have to wait and see.
I think this week or next for the MT ones personally.
GLA
What's the status with the flanks license? Is it still being processed or is it soon to be announced?
